Edit - I originally gave this place 5 stars. Went in for something to eat the other day, My servers name was Stephanie i think? Quite possibly the worst service I have had at any place. You would think they would be happy to have tables but it was the complete opposite. Rude and inattentive. I guess checking her phone was more of a priority than customer service. I wont be back here. Dennys is just down the road.

Went to eat out at this establishment with a family member who is in a wheel chair. This location doesn't have a ramp and stairs to climb up. Definitely not wheel chair accessible.

Its nice to enjoy an evening out for dinner..the new management & staff have really turned Ricky's into a warm welcoming atmosphere..thank you for all you do!!

We had macaroni and sweet potato fries. Also the chicken bacon sandwich and soup and was actually really good.

This was not a good dining experience. The service was slow, and the food when it did arrive was luke warm, and the poutine was soggy and cool to cold. Fish was greasy and tastless.Waitress never returned except with the bill. Will never return and never recommend.

The food is always great. But out of the last 6 times we went to this restaurant, we've had to wait to be seated for over 10 minutes even though the restaurant is completely empty. Once or twice is understandable. But for the love of God...ADD A DOORBELL OR SOMETHING. Seems like a problem that really doesn't need to be a problem.

I ordered a regular Burger and fries, The Burger was non cooked basically raw, The only thing that I got out of it was the fries the manager came out and asked me if I wanted something else so I told him 2 pieces of fish, When the fish arrived to the table I put the fork in the fish and there was a lot of grease. We Had A dessert called deep dish Apple extravaganza To go. When we took it to our friend's house to eat it you could smell the burnt on the dessert. It was our 1st and last time going to Ricky's all day grill.

April 2, 2023 went for breakfast. Server Martine was horrible. Sat with empty coffee for over ten minutes and finally had to get her attention. There was a few tables but not too busy. Food had to be brought out by manager and by time the we got the servers attention again to bring the fixings like jam and syrup etc the food was cold.It's a shame. Food is excellent but needs the service to back it up....I would give the 5 stars as I have before unfortunately poor service can really turn people off

What a wonderful dining experience. The new management has really turned things around. The staff is very professional and the food is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend Ricky's in Brooks Ab to one and all.
