Lunetterie New Look
They took 1 month to change my lenses.The first lenses that arrived for me -after 2 weeks- were flawed, so they had to place another order, that arrived after another 2 weeks...This is the longest I've had to wait for glasses.Also, they don't offer free consultation when you buy the lenses from them, which wouldn't be a big deal, but the prescription I got isn't exact. I still see better with one eye than I do with the other. After I told them about it they said I'll get used to it...Save yourself some time and stress and go someplace else.

Lunetterie New Look
I want to say a huge thank you to the best worker there. My glasses broke on my trip to Montréal. I came to New Look with a little hope. This man sent me to a jewelry store near that can repair my glasses. The jewelry store didn't help much so I returned to New Look. This amazing worker repaired my glasses after 20 minutes of wait(I have no idea how). Words cannot describe how greatfull I am. Thank you so much.

Lunetterie New Look
I have called and inquired on whether Lunetterie New Look change plastic/silicon pads on glasses. Lunetterie does and charges $30 per glasses if it was not purchased at that store. I have called 5 other opticien stores in the same area and no other charge to change pads on glasses. I would NOT recommend that opticien store at all.

They were extremely kind in placing lenses on a frame for me. They even cleaned it and adjusted it for me and didn't ask me for anything in return. From the front desk people to the optometrist, my experience was excellent. I really appreciate their help! Thank you :)

Lunetterie New Look
I liked the optometrist that I saw, however the front end staff is unfriendly and difficult to deal with, to the point I won't be returning. As for pricing, I'd say that eye exams are good value, however the products they sell (eye glasses and contacts) are not, comparatively speaking. I'm also not a fan of their policy of only making a prescription valid for 1 year when a person only gets their eyes tested every 2 years. Each other optometrist I've ever seen had validated the prescription for 2 years.

I wouldn't even give a one star!!! Worst customer service and the staff (front door) are extremely unprofessional, rude, doesn't have manners. They lack communication skills. They didn't want to give me an appointment even when I was ready to pay or accomodate to any time. I was supposed to have an appointment on june, but declined. Moreover, they mess up your prescription paper. Wouldn't be going back, need to hire better staff. However, doctor (optometrist) is professional. I would recommend on going to another place. This one sucks.

Lunetterie New Look
I discovered this store when I moved back to Montreal since it is close to the hotel where I stayed. I really appreciated the service and am in love with the two pairs of glasses I purchased. It’s the first time in my life I found a comfortable fit. Maïté helped me pick the perfect styles, which was a relief since I can never find anything I like. I had my second yearly appointment with Dr. Marilyn Pierre-Antoine. She eased my anxiety and answered all my questions, and her optician helped me find the right pair of contact lenses. I do admit that it was a bit pricey but not as bad as I thought. I got my money’s worth. Again, I adore the glasses!
