Not going here again. No parking for your own car when you pick up the rental vehicle neither do they mention this clearly anywhere. Never had this issue at other companies or budget locations.I requested for a small discount on the extra hours I needed the car for. I was told - I'm here to run a business." Staff wasnt courteous. It's one thing to mention about your policy and another thing to mention that courtesouly. As a customer my job is to ask for a good price

I had a really good experience from staff here today. They were courteous and understanding. The hire vehicle from airport was mechanically defective . I was offered a choice of two vehicles and happy. If I had another issue I would come here. These reviews matter. Just be courteous and hopefully all will be well. Thanks again guys!

Thank you to this Avis location for amazing customer service. Our car broke down before leaving for a family vacation and they pulled through and helped us out with a last minute rental after calling several other car rental companies. I would 100% recommend renting from them
