so so unprofessional, from the supervisors on site to the ladies who work at the desk over the phone. you only get treated respectfully if you have an education or are a ‘higher up’, being a general/skilled labourer doesn’t get you respect here. at all.

My husband works for this company and is verbally and emotionally abused on a daily basis. He has been denied basic health and safety equipment. It is disgusting the way they treat their staff. Never ever work for them or with them.

It's a big business but it pays much better than any construction place I've ever been at, up North or local Southeastern Manitoba they offer a lot of options for a start and growth.

Horrible place to deal with. They pick and choose which people they want to pay and how much they want to pay after the work has already been completed. DON'T work for them. Plus they encourage lying so that they don't need to get permits. HUGE Lack of integrity!

worked under bow group in cross lake. We were leary working under bow group (saskatoon) as they have been famous for not paying. Project manager zeb hudon really really assured myself and our employees under us that if bow group didn't pay, zeb would step in and make sure the subs were paid. Guess what when time came when bow group didnt pay the whole crew zeb isnt an man of his words,wouldn't answer phone calls/texts emails. As far as im concerned hes a coward. Very unprofessional. Alot of families right into the new year worked 30days and never got paid. Pretty low person. Not sure how you sleep at night knowing subs didnt get paid
