Love these. I can just quickly warm one up in a pan to have with my soup or salad. They are so tasty, soft, and warm. The mixed pack is my favourite because I like them all.

I have tried several types of the Arepas (spelling?), and they are delicious. I also like to make them the base to a small pizza or breakfast type meal.

I would not recommend buying the frozen arepas unless you have a ton of extra time and an extremely non-stick pan. None of our non-stick pans worked great despite following the sellers instructions exactly. They also took close to 30 minutes to be cooked. I've had much better Arepas in Edmonton, so best to just pass on these at the farmers market and buy somewhere else.

I keep a stash of these rainbow arepas in my freezer. I always serve them to overnight guests; I add a gorgeous fried egg for a delicious breakfast and a good story. Nom nom nom.

I found this gem at a farmers market in sherwood park. I bought a pack of jalepeno arepas, and a pack of the canadian inspired arepas. The owner was very helpful with cooking tips to make sure I could replicate her vision.Both flavors are phenomenal!! Upon the reccomendation of the owners son I tried the canadian ones with an over easy egg and it was so savory and filling. My notoriously picky husband has also fallen in love with both flavors and has requested that I pick up extra canadians plus the flavors we haven't tried yet!I am so excited to try new ways of cooking up arepas!Thank you so much for introducing me to this amazing food!
