Just picked my fourth trailer from Action trailers , a 3 hour drive but worth the drive every time. Shane runs a very organized and efficient business, Jeff was my salesperson and was on top of every detail , the custom built enclosed car hauler was exactly what I wanted , My 5th trailer a bison equipment hauler is due there any day , and will be back to get it and enjoy the great sales and service

Bought a triple axle N&N dump trailer and picked up March 10th at 12:30am. Now that ive used it a few times and had a chance to go over the build quality and features I will start with the trailer itself. As I can only compare this trailer to other dump trailers we have owned which are (2021 ktrail) and (2017Load Trail) I can say with complete certainty this trailer is a completely diffrent animal. It's not only the big things like a visibly more structurally sound underbelly and higher front and rear walls to allow larger wall boards. It's also the little things like greasable joints everywhere, pre wired truck charging plugs, angled ramp supports, bungies on the tarp for when your tarp bar cant reach the Uhooks, clean looking triple stage hydraulic box and a galvanized axle (although it appears to be only a galvanize paint and not hot dipped). Galvanized brake dust shields etc. In fact now that I actually have this trailer I need to say you guys should be charging alot more for these as your competitors trailers are min 3k more and don't come close to this quality and options.Now let's get to the service aspect. I haven't really had any expenitence with warranty on any trailers I've owned as I've never really had issues that weren't self inflicted and it's to soon to speak of your warranty so I will give an honest review of my current experience.Salesman Jeff was a no BS straight to the point, here's the trailer ..you want it or not type deal. Some may not like that but for me that was exactly what I like in a salesman. The chummy approach or overly nice posture is very uncomfortable. Jeff didn't make us feel pressured what so ever and took his time with us. When asking about the features of the trailer he was OK. Didn't really take much time to tell us all about it unlike another employee at pickup (which I will get to). However overall he was the kind of person I like dealing with.The finiacing experience was the easiest, friendliest experience I've ever come across with Mike at Jocova. Absolute DreamWork on that side.Pick up experience at the front desk couldn't have Been better. Young lady was very welcoming, It was a little weird being brought to the parts area to meet someone for what felt like no reason, it actually felt like a blatant attempt to sell me more stuff and have me look around, but hey good on you for trying lol. Parts guy was really nice so no harm done.Trailer pick up area was probably my favorite experience I've ever had with a trailer company, I can tell you we buy trailers yearly from all over. I had every aspect shown to me in almost nose bleeding detail by the pick up rep. How absolutely everything and I mean EVERYTHING works on the trailer, how to maintain absolutely every part, things to watch out for like areas where grease nipples may break, not to over grease these type of axle bearings due to pressure on seals etc. Hooked up the trailer for me and checked all the lights etc.When all was said and done, if the owner is around.... give yourself a pat on the back. You deserve it. I drove 8 hours away through an ice storm from manitoulin island to get this trailer and was worried about it being ready because the experience was just to flawless from every corner that something...just something had to go wrong. Nothing did, your employees were organized, corridinated, extremely helpful and friendly. You have built a Swiss watch my friend.The pick up rep was pretty persistent in me leaving a review which soured things a bit as I was going to leave one anyways and I don't like being told what to do like most men lol. However as a business owner I completely understand. However it was a perfect experience and i still felt like leaving one afterwards.We will be doing more business next year and hopefully many years afterwards.We attached pictures of our first job the day after with it, she will get much more abuse this spring but we started her off with some light duty work at the mill.Thank youManitoulin Island Contruction Company

Jeff Pym in sales helped me purchase a 5x8 enclosed trailer. He was extremely helpful and was able to answer every question I had right on the spot. He knows trailers and made the buying process really easy. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else to purchase a new trailer because Action Trailers has the best prices and service.

I found a trailer online first thing in the morning, called sales and spoke to Dan. He sent me a email with what I asked for within minutes. Drove 2 hours there and met Dan. Made everything super quick and easy and left with my trailer the same day. Was a great experience and everyone was super friendly and made this transaction simple, easy and there was no messing around. Would absolutely recommend action trailers and Dan. Love my trailer and wouldn’t of done anything differently

Absolutely Top Notch Service and Products! From an easy to use website showing available inventory, to Jeff who reserved the trailer by phone with a deposit, to Amber and Jamie who made the paperwork so simple, to Herman who showed us everything about the trailer our experience was awesome. Even the MTO commented they wished all dealers paperwork was done this well. There is a reason they are the largest dealer in Ontario and it was worth the 2 hour drive each way for us to buy from Action Trailers!

From start to finish the whole experience of buying my trailer was excellent, Malcolm the sales guy was excellent and very thorough and the admin staff were very efficient pleasant, and the guy at the pick up station was very friendly, thorough and people friendly.I would recommend this company.

Bought a new N&N dump trailer. The pricing and service was beyond expectation. The service tech Jessy and his team mate were super helpful suggesting WITHOUT PRESSURE excellent upgrades.

My son has purchased a couple work trailers from Action for his small business, Trifecta Aluminum LTD. He has been pleased with their fair pricing, trade in values and service. Most recently he purchased a new galvanized dump trailer to better facilitate scrap materials from siding and trough jobs.

Had a fantastic experience at Action Trailers in Strathroy! Everyone from the sales team to the service team was very kind and helpful to deal with. I got a good deal on the trailer and Herman went over everything to make sure it was in good working condition before I left. Highly recommend!!
