Service was excellent!Just before moving to BC, a construction company in Ontario damaged my wife's car and agreed to pay for the repairs directly without insurance. Zimmer Manager Keith was extremely helpful with all aspects of the repair. He coordinated payment from the construction company, coordinated minor unrelated service with Zimmer GM while the vehicle was at the collision center, and even coordinated transport and vehicle pick-up for my wife who was flying into Kamloops after shop-hours. The body/paint work was as expected; undetectable.We would like to thank Keith again for his exceptional service; it was especially appreciated in light of all other 'activities' associated with our cross-country move.Rick & Marie

Told ICBC that the damage done in an accident was not part of the accident so I have been jumping through hoops trying to prove it was part of the accident now threatening me with storage charges. and now I have to pick up my car that's not fixed and risk damaging it more because it's unlikely " it was done in the accident. do not use them for any mechanical insurance claim."

Took my Tundra there for rear end body work. they aren't buying OEM parts so nothing matches up just cheap China.. ICBC told me to take back there to fix what they butchered but I'm smarter than that. I would never and will never go back to zimmer collision.. this one's on ICBC. Scums of the Earth!.....

Absolutely the WORST customer service we have ever experienced, absolutely abhorrent! It took FOUR trips (two+ hours each way) to get our truck tailgate fixed. They went from needing part of the tailgate to needing a colour match to needing the whole tailgate again. So on the third trip we arrived for what we were told was just a quick appointment only to have them tell us (with no advanced communication) that we needed to leave our vehicle for a week...which we couldn't due to poor road conditions and the fact we had 3 dogs with us....and lived over two hours away. We needed our winter equipped truck to get home, not their little city truck loaner with factory tires. They offered to fill our tank for our troubles but only put a quarter tank in. We coordinated an oil change for our truck with the Zimmer dealership (which is great btw) to coincide with the body work and Zimmer Collision agreed to take vehicle over but then failed to complete that task (it was just across the lot!!) Now my husband is sitting around waiting for the two hour oil change to be done when it was supposed to have been completed last week. Zimmer Collision's customers are clearly not their priority. I recommend you keep looking elsewhere if you need a body shop. To say they are incompetent is an understatement...we will NEVER return to Zimmer Collision!!

Zimmer had my Vehicle in and out and all fixed up in less than a week. It looks great... like nothing happened! Also, thank you for getting me the courtesy truck on the spry while mine was in for repairs! Greatly appreciated! Great service and friendly staff! I will definitely recommend Zimmer Collision.

I booked my car in for an ICBC estimate last December and was told I would be contacted in the new year. When I didnt hear anything, I phoned (March) and was told I would be contacted when they knew.I didn't hear anything and due to life I got busy. But I finally phoned a few days ago and found out that not only did they not have any trace of my estimate, they wouldn't be able to book me for seven months. The person on the phone was very nice, and I understand that staffing problems are an issue. But I would think as it was them who lost the estimate that they would try to fit me in or something? I had to play phone tag twice to get an answer.Anyways soured my experience for sure. Staff was friendly but overall experience was unfortunately negative

The new manager, Keith, was absolutely phenomenal.I was in an accident and banged my car up back in May. I called every place (alphabetically) on the ICBC approved list of body shops, and I couldn't find anyone who could take my car before September. Finally, I got to Z and Keith got me in within a couple of days.The service was above and beyond what I had expected. I was supported through some confusion with the rental car and was regularly given updates about the status of my vehicle.When I got my car back, it looked better than I could have ever expected. Also, it smelled like bubblegum inside, which was certainly an improvement.

Pulled in to Zimmer collision center on June 8th for an estimate to fix my car. When I pulled in one of the guys in the shop came out and told me that I had no brake lights. He was genuinely concerned. As the manager was doing the estimate, they went and got 2 new bulbs for me to put in. Now that is service at its finest. Have a customer leave happy and they will always come back. Thanks again guys. No one wants to go to a collision centre but if you have to think about going to Zimmer.

I went on a rollercoaster with zimmer. A 7 month rollercoaster. Since the new manager I thought I would change my review as he looked and took me seriously. When I got my navigator back I noticed a few things in the first week. I showed them my back bumper still has gouges. They said they would fix it and I never got a call to bring it in. Since I've noticed the headlights are so badly out of alignment, my old s10 gives me a better view in low beam than my nav in high (who doesn't align headlights after a $30,000 fix???)... There's a big rattle underneath, neither of the front windows do up proper, it's like they hit a sensor and come back down. A fender they clearly got used has paint oxidizing, my lights that should shine under my doors works on the passenger side, my side steps showed the scratches after a cpl weeks, either felt or paint, weather they were replaced or not they are not ok. The lines of my body panels don't line up and my plastics are not right.

Arrived in Kamloops with a broken back window that was smashed on my journey across Canada. Keith was able to get me an estimate asap. I brought my car in, and it was fixed within a few days even though they were super busy. Car looked brand new after the glass was replaced and some minor dents were repaired. Keith and his team are great to work with. High quality service all around!
