been going here for about 2 yrs... cheaper and faster than my building's laundry ... nicer since they tore out the carpet ... yes sometimes there is nobody monitoring but I understand it is owned by people with children ... ATM and change machine don't work but owners always give you change ... see a lot of regulars there... owners are nice ...

Open time says 8am, every time I come here 8-9:00 there’s absolutely no one here, what’s the point of having your hours posted on the door and online if your not going to open on time, much less even be here

Ive been coming to this laundrymat for 7 years now going elsewhere for better service along the way. I always come back to this location out of convenience, and the wash and dry prices are rhe cheapest in the tricity area, but regret everytime i do. The dryers always eat the coins, not giving you the time you fed it most days it happens when the lady is here and even then she puts up an argument and makes me feel like im lying when other patrons clearly saw it happen..the other times shes not here and when i see her at a later date i tell her about it and she does nothing about it in a very dismissive tone. Shes always late on weekends when i wanna come and do washing before my shift when shes supposed to be, 8am like the sign says..disrespecting other peoples time and schedule. The dryers dont dry my clothes fully having me feed it multiple quarters,ive even learned that splitting up the laundry into 5 or 6 dryers seems to work when dryerd are available..keep in mind the only things of mine i dry are sheets/pillowcases,underwear, towels and socks...i literally hang everything else up at home..for the few garments and sheets i have i shouldnt have to do that. Also keep in mind i do layndry weekly at most bi-weekly and still i shouldnt have to that. This has been such an issue for so long in the early years of coming here i tried to research how to open a laundrymat,which was a daunting expensive undertaking..so im left having to deal with the poor service and machines here. Sad face.

I took this laundromat because it was pretty close to my home, after i got sick of smelling foul water on my clothes, i decided to wash here.Floor is despair and smelly, but business is fully operational on washing and drying. So for that, i have no problem running my weekly loads here.20 minutes approx on washers are 2.00 and takes .25 per 5 minutes on dryer. Cheap!I spent only 45 minutes here to run 8 and half loads, in washer and into 10 dryers.Done and heads home to fold clothes with fresh coffee!Will always comes back... one thing through, atm and change machine is not working for quite a while.

Dryer broke at home, with a load of wet clothes, no way to start the weekend. So off I went, I had never been there before, but I had an excellent experience, the establishment was clean, the machines were in great shape, and the young lady working was very helpful. Thank you very much.

I’m done with this place. The ATM is clearly just for show since it hasn’t worked in months. The “change” machine ONLY takes $20 bills... when it’s actually working.And you think there’s anyone actually working there to help you out? Guess again. Save the time and headache. Find another place to goto go.

My 1st and last time there, the woman who was running it was very rude, I asked her about the bigger machine and how much soap and she said 3 pods plus I used oxyclean she said that was fine but it was overflowing with soap and she said it’s fine to dry it like that! I had to pay another 8$ to rewash . She was very rude, one customer was walking around without a mask on this was about 3 months ago. The place was dirty but nobody was cleaning it up. A quarter to dry for 3 minutes that didn’t dry a few things.

I go there regularly. The owner is very friendly.There are sometimes machines that are out of service but generally I have never had a problem getting my laundry done. $2 for small ones. $5 for medium ones and $8 for the big ones.They only accept loonies for the medium and large ones. The atm machine doesn't work but you can get change from the owners when they are there which is normally between 9 and 5.

After a disappointing visit to another local laundromat, I went to Highland Cleaners this week. The woman working was really helpful and promptly cleaned up after I made a mess of fabric softener on the floor. The machines also worked beautifully. I will be back!

HIGHLY Disgusted with the woman who owns this business. My Friend went in there last night to do his laundry WITH his SERVICE DOG. The woman was extremely rude to him, saying things like you don't have disability " you don't need that dog "No lady
