Kitten’s K9 Clips
I was really happy with how our dog was groomed. I was not happy with the overall service. The groomer cancelled with us day of and said we can reschedule. I followed up looking for a date we can come in again. No response. I followed up a total three times asking for available dates that we can reschedule to and was ignored.

My boy had a very good experience here, and so did I! He even got a handsome Christmas tie, which he was quite proud to show off.... until he decided it was a toy and started chewing it :D So I took it off to save till Christmas!Thanks so much for making Spiro's first visit a positive one!

Kitten’s K9 Clips
We're so fortunate to have Michelle and Kitten's K9 Clips here in Mount Brydges. We have now taken two of our dogs here over the past few years. Michelle worked so well with our sweet beagle who hated having her nails trimmed that by the end she just loved walking up to the shop. We've now taken our new rescue dog here for a full groom and he had such a great experience (including a little report card on his visit!). Thank you Michelle for working with our dogs and making them comfortable and confident.
