Hired as a general contractor. Jeff was an incredible contractor and we can’t say enough about the quality of work and professionalism of our entire house building experience. Jeff made sure that all of our contractors were on time and on budget and sent a weekly report as to our expenses. He let us know every stage of our building costs if they were on budget. If we decided to add extras he made sure we had estimates on the extra cost and let us make a decision on what we wanted to do. He also welcomed any choices we made about doing things ourselves and choosing products that were not on his recommendation. Jeff and all of his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with and also welcomed all of our wishes and input and accommodated all of our wishes. We worked with H&H earlier this year to complete our basement renovation. Jeff, Rae, and Steve were all amazing to work with right from beginning to end. We were blown away by the results of our basement and so excited with how it all turned out. Everything was done on time and on budget and you can tell that the H&H team really values quality work.We wanted to give a special shout-out to Steve — he went above and beyond and always kept us up to date. We bought our new H&H home in 2020. It was already in the process of being completed and was basically just a wood frame the first time we saw it.We were able to make some small changes to the home, like the gas fireplace and changing the carpet on the stairs to wood, but most of the products were purchased and planned so we had to wait to see the final result. . When it was finally completed we were in awe of the quality of the home and the finishings they chose. There are no corners cut when it comes to H&H. We did house inspection near the end of the new home warranty period and the inspector said it was incredibly well built house and is very rare to see one with such little deficiencies. They were also really responsive with questions and assistance after we took possession. The home is also super beautiful - with gorgeous hardwood floors and a clean aesthetic. We are super happy with our decision to buy this house and would most definitely want our next home to be built by H&H

Building our West Kelowna home with H&H Homes was an extremely positive experience! From the planning, to the finishing materials, to the final product. Jeff and his team were with us each step of the way. Communications were first rate – responses prompt, as we were out of province this was important. Suggestions were provided to improve the design of the home and even during construction Cam and Jeff would provide options before work was done. We appreciated and took advantage of many of these ideas. The budget was updated each time and we always knew where things were at! The house was delivered on time, on budget. We are so happy with our H&H home! We highly recommend H&H Homes – they have the expertise, experience and customer focus!

H&H built our house and we couldn't have been happier. They were very professional, responsive to all of our questions, and went beyond to ensure we were happy. The quality of finishes, workmanship, and attention to detail are excellent. They didn't cut corners and were still able to get the house completed on schedule so that we could move in on time. We'll definitely be looking to use them if we decide to build a new house in the future.
