Called for my broken iPhone x, they provided me reasonable price and set up quick appointment. After dropping off 30 min later my phone looked brand new. Very happy with service and my screen seems so much better. I would definitely recommend the place.

Reliable, honest and trustworthy place to fix phones. I went to apple and they had recommended this place. Which was surprising. I got it fixed fine for 1/3rd of the price of apple.

I had a battery replacement done on my phone (iPhone X) and another phone (iPhone 7 Plus) back in October and last night the iPhone X (my phone) started acting weird. About 5 months after the battery was changed.When I used it, it displayed full battery and then 20 minutes later would display 3% battery, then shut off and no matter what I did, it would try and turn on, go to the log screen, shut off, then try to turn itself back on, turn off and repeat in a loop. No matter if I connected it to a power source or wireless charger.Today I brought the iPhone into Apple and they replaced the battery again for me and said that the last technicians (guy at Mobile-Q) that installed the hardware installed more than likely a faulty battery (which I can understand stuff like that can happen) but what I don't like, is that the installer, according to Apple damaged my wireless charging on the iPhone from improperly taking the battery out. Apple took photos for me and I can prove that it was Mobile-Q as I haven’t had any work done on this specific phone before since bought new. I have a work order from Apple stating the problems and when the work was completed.Since Mobile Q had replaced my battery, the wireless charging on the phone had been sparce, only working a few times here and there when I tried it but I never really thought about it and just assumed it was my otter box case. Turns out the case is wireless charging approved and it still doesn’t work even with the case off. And now the other iPhone is showing signs of the exact same thing. Battery percentage drops, and such.I would have loved to figure out a way to make it right - I went into Mobile-Q after the Apple appointment to explain what happened and if they could do anything for me but the guy just shrugged me off, gave me a business card and told me to use the email on the card to get in contact with the manager. Which I can understand if he can’t do anything… but I have since emailed them and have yet to receive any reply what so ever. Im a pretty lax guy and understand stuff happens but based solely on the unknowledgeable unprofessional install of the battery (possibly both) done by one of your techs I gotta leave a 1 star review and hope something can be done for me, or better yet, stop people from using your services.Hopefully you prove me wrong
