This place is a classic case of poor communication, poor training and poor practices. The people themselves are nice and friendly and genuine. The food is truly good by KFC standards. Every KFC in all of Mississauga and Brampton could take a lesson on food quality and just being pleasant from this location. Sincerely.So why 3 stars?Your order will often be wrong. They won’t be prepared and you’ll have to wait an excessive amount of time. They won’t notice the problems they should be noticing. I’ve ordered from here at least a dozen times in the last 6 months and we’ve had issues worth mentioning on 3 occasions that come to mind easily. It makes doing business with them often frustrating.

It's rare that I eat at KFC, sadly I'm reminded of why not again. $2.50 for extra gravy, and you get a tiny cup that is only 3/4 full. Price is excessive for so little. That is the worst $2.50 +tx that I have spent in quite some time. Poutine was good, 2 stars for that, zero for the experience.

Disappointed in this place. Chicken was dripping in grease,fries were cold and soggy.Service was very slow.
