I went to this place in Winnipeg, where i met a salesperson who helped me find the best car for my budget, requirement. He understood what i exactly needed after taking for a bit and gave a test drive in couple of vehicle’s to find the best suiting vehicle for my self.Anyone who is buying a vehicle and reading this, i highly recommend going to this place and meeting him as i guess he is the best, and probably you will have your new car here.Thank you everyone here

Our buying experience was a good one and I would like to thank GU and Andre for that. We called to see about an SUV, we saw the SUV, we purchased the SUV (over several days). We noticed a few concerns and when we brought them up, they were addressed almost immediately. The only issue we had was during delivery, our vehicle did not arrive on time and a day late.We have not brought in our vehicle to the service department yet and when we do we will leave another review.The 5 star for this review is for sales department. Our sales person Gu went above and beyond our expectations.Chi H.

His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly remarkable. As many others have stated, if I could give this place a 0 I would. Also as many others have experienced we did as well, we were speaking with a sales representative over text and telling him which car we were coming to look at and he set it up that we could come and look at it. When we got there we waited 30 minutes before seeing anyone and then another 30 minutes in the office before seeing A car. He pulled around a different vehicle, he said that he was showing it to us because it was a better deal but later we find out that the vehicle he said we could come look at was already sold.Once we found a vehicle we liked we agreed in pricing and went to see the finance manager, he was very rude and entitled making us feel stupid with every word. Even over the phone he got very upset at one point and even hung up, not professional at all, would recommend any other dealership over this one.

These guys rocked my car buying experience. Joseph was very gentle, like a mother owl, and he did not pressure me at all so I felt comfortable proceeding with the deal and Sam came in at just the right time to surprise me with a little appreciation parting gift. I have the perfect spot for it, in my pen holder, and when I come back to get my fluids swapped at their service department, I’ll make sure his fluid levels are topped up, and fill him with coffee.

Been reading the latest reviews and they reflect our experience as well. If you are looking for a car look somewhere else.Made an appointment to see a specific car. After 45 minutes of waiting and talking to a sales person we finally got to see the car. Took the car for a test drive, agreed on a price, all seemed well. Didn’t want to trade or finance. Was were asked to see the finance mangers which we declined since we wanted to pay cash. Suddenly the sales mangers comes in and tells us there was a mistake and this car is already sold. But not to worry they have the same car available and will sale it for the same amount. The car was not available to view since it was out for a safety. After almost two hours we were asked to come back.I should have listened to my gut and looked somewhere else, but we came back and looked at the car. Everything seemed ok and we were promised the car will be ready after the weekend. Monday came and no call or attempt to contact us. We reached out and were told our sales person is sick, but someone would check and get back to us. We never received a call back that day. After that almost three weeks of agony followed. We tried to get a definitive answer on when the car is ready. No one knew it, no one returned our calls, even went up all the way to the GM without results. Finally told them we will no longer follow through with the purchase. After that the car was ready for pickup the next day.We still received a call from the finance manager Rokko, even after expressing multiple times that we are not interested. He even went so far to pull up our credit score and financial liabilities without permission just to tell us that we will be bankrupt soon if we don’t take out another credit with him and put the cash towards our mortgage. Unbelievable!The car checked out ok, after we had it checked at a ford dealership, but The front light went out not even 24 hours after purchase. We asked for it to be fixed just to be told how much it would be to fix and to book an appointment. Credit to one of the sales managers he overheard the conversation and offered to fix it.Never had a problem with the ladies at front reception. Very nice and polite.

Horrible experience. While definitely NOT buy again. WARRANTIES SOLD WITH NO INFORMATION. HIGH DOCUMENTATION FEES. One vehicle was to have 2 keys was promised they would find the second but never did. Was not offered any GAP insurance. When you do call to discuss, calls not returned.

Worst experience!!Please be aware before buying a vehicle from here.They will force you to take Marrow care ( Roku) and charge you high amounts but later when you need service , they will say this coverage is not included in your warranty.I had so may issues when I bought my first car from here,Poor service Team( Jeff) and poor customer service experience .

I’m not one for writing reviews, I can still count on one hand on how many I have done, so when I do make one I mean what I say.I just like to say this dealership has to be one the the best I have dealt with over the years. They are truly genuine honest hard working people that will go above and beyond to make you fell valued.
