I tried to get my eyebrows done today at 7:33pm and was told they were done for the day. Should probably changes your hours if you're going to stop taking clients at 7:30, hours say until 8pm. Pretty disappointing.

I asked them to take the stray hairs only and nothing from the body of my eyebrow. Her response, “I’ll do my best.” I get up and they’re totally asymmetrical with my right eyebrow missing a chunk in the middle. I complain and she says “thank you” with a smile. Never going here again. It’s too bad because I had previously seen another technician here with great results. It’s hit or miss always with this company.

Took off the entire tail of my one eyebrow then left it lopsided like that. Then trimmed my eyebrows without asking first, I did not want this at all. Totally ruined my eyebrows, now I have to go on Vacation looking lopsided.

I was really happy with my first few experiences here. Unfortunately I’m very unhappy with my last visit. The younger woman doing my eyebrows seemed to rush leaving them pretty uneven. It looks pretty blotchy now and even after getting them done. Safe to say I don’t trust that woman anymore and I’m going to have to make online appointments and request someone else Or completely stop coming.

Salima is the only person I trust with my brows!!!! Although I’m sure the other staff are also good, Salima always takes good care of you. She works with your brow’s natural shape instead of forcing it to something it’s not, and is very kind and thorough. She doesn’t rush just to get it over with, she takes great attention to detail. Sometimes if you walk-in there may be a couple of people ahead of you but it’s worth the wait IMO. You can book online if you’re in a time crunch to avoid waiting. :)

This place is my go to.. i highly recommend this place, I usually get my eyebrows done from isha (can blindly get my eyebrows done anytime from her) but i have been getting my eyebrows done from ibadat and salima. I must say they have a very friendly service and always recommend the best.

I asked the older lady there not to make my brows too thin but she did. One brow is too thin, but the other one is fine. They look too different and I don’t like them

All the girls there are extremely nice, patient and do a very good job for threading eyebrows! They are my go to!
