Very clean facility. Easy to access storage locker. Very easy and quick for entrance to facility. Rented locker for long period of time, Rates are good for protecting precious memories

We had a great experience with Access Storage. They were so kind and helpful when we first went in (my mom had just passed away) The unit was spotless as was the property every time we went. They had all the packing supplies we ever needed and they often helped us take it all out to the car saving us multiple trips. Invoices came on time, billing was a breeze and every time we contacted them they replied promptly. Security was good and the property felt very safe to us.

Not very friendly cut the lock odd my unit the day before we arrived. We had been in constant communication with James the owner and even with talking them and him telling us we are ok just keep in communication they still cut the lock we found a better unit more local to us bigger and cheaper then what we where paying so moved out within 6 hrs and more happier with the new unit.. would recommend this place to anyone.

The first and so far the best experience we have gotworking with Access Storage at 679 Prospect Boulevard, Midland.On Saturday, March 13, we came to arrange a storage unit at the facility. We were very new to the process of booking. James, if we got his name right, was very patient with us, he explained again and again how everything works until we stopped worrying and just made our mind.We wish every place had such a wonderful attitude!The unit itself is new and clean, and very secured.Thank you for your business!Irina and Vlad
