If I could put 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service!!!!! I’ve been calling for two weeks to get my contacts which are essential in someone’s life. They refuse to sell them to me without an eye test just to make more money off of me. I’ve given them over 1000$ and no one has called me back in over a week, the so called manager clearly doesn’t return phone calls! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I took my daughter for an eye exam. I was told that she better to come for a second appointment (not sure why). Then for the second appointment they charge 40$. Then it took 1:30 hours to finish her eye exam from start to finish as they did some work and asked us to wait while examining other 2 clients. Very unethical practice.Reply to owners response:As far as I know she does not have any such condition and optometrist never mentioned about it. After the test, optometrist said he should not have kept us waiting while examining other clients as clearly I showed my frustration.Any comment on asking us to come for a second appointment and charging money for that separately? Based on Google Review, we are not the first client to experience this.

As a resume, they make made multiples mistake with my order, they didn't call me back when they said they would for my prescription and the new lady owner/more recent employees (I think) don't seem to value customer service which is a bummer since it was something I used to find there.

everyone complaining about a 40$ fee for contact and glasses fittings hasn't gone anywhere else recently, I got quoted 70$ (!!!) for the same service at another clinic. the fee was worth it!I had great service from the optician who helped me for my contact lens fitting, she gave very clear explanations and tips for helping with my dry eyes. I appreciate the thorough follow up a few days after my appointment to make sure the lenses fit me correctly. after wearing uncomfortable contacts for years, I really enjoyed the fact that they make sure the lenses are the best option for you! will definitely be back!

Went to this Newlook few weeks back and had a great service. Got my eye exam from Dr bergeron and it went very smoothly. Loved my experience and thought it deserved a 5 stars.

$110 for an eye exam, no problem. But then they gave me another appointment for 2 days later charging $45 just to open a file for contact lenses. Why? I booked an appointment for an eye exam with another optometrist, and they give you right away contact lenses to wear until your glasses are ready.

Honestly i was dissapointed. I ordered progressive lenses and they had lots of distorsion and blurry spots in peripheral vision and intermediate vision was almost inexistant. I just took simple lens from far instead. I did my research and for progressive you must go with the best. Essilor varilux. Also the frames were overpriced, 209$ for armani glasses from 2016. I found them online for 100$. The progressive lens were 189$ each plus a 150$ treatment for uv and glare which should be included with glasses not an extra charge. I will go to Costco and lunetier and see how their prices are and compare the quality of their progressive lens. But so far my advice is if you going to get these type of lens you better get the best quality or you will screw up your eyesight. Also verify that you are getting what you are paying for. Distorsion can be very annoying and too many blurry spots can fatigue your eyes.

Have been waiting for my sunglasses for more than 40 days! I called them 4 times, never got any explanation, and I wrote an email but never got reply.Customer service experience is 0.
