I absolutely LOVE this shop! The concept and the execution are absolutely brilliant! The quality of the clothes, both new and pre-loved are excellent. The shipping (and packaging) are easy and eco-friendly in keeping with mindful shopping. Customer service is quick, friendly, and professional. I would and do recommend this shop to all my friends with little kiddos!

I bought a dress at Mini-Cycle, but the parcel was stolen at my front door. Although Purolator was not responsive at all to my request of being refund, Mini-Cycle took care of it and refund me in less than a week. I appreciated the quality and agility provided by their customer service. Thanks!

I love everything I order from Mini-Cycle, new and pre-loved!!! The Simple Folk Romper with wooden buttons (love the hidden clasps for my 7 month old’s diaper changes!) and Bobo Choses Strawberry t-shirt are faves (so soft and comfy!) and get the most wear right now.

This is the kind of forward thinking trends in fashion that we need to help minimize our collective footprints -- especially of kids' clothes, which are so prone to fast fashion. The process of buying from Mini-Cycle was seamless and I look forward to sending back the items once we are done with them so they can get passed on. The customer service is also fabulous!

Absolutely love our purchase from mini cycle. Got my one daughter the linen sun hat and it was so nice and great quality and we purchased a second one for our other daughter. We also got rain gear for them both from Fairchild and the quality and detail is amazing. They will be able to both wear for a couple of years with the cuffs made to roll up!!

I love the selection and quality of brands they carry - boutique/niche European brands with high standards. I love supporting local and being part of their recycling economy. I love that the owner sends a personalized thank you with the order. It makes me feel better to buy quality over quantity and spending that much more, knowing I can sell it onwards to be used again. Mini-Cycle is my favourite place to shop for kid's clothes. The whole experience shopping online is so smooth and they make returning a breeze too. Their selection of clothing is amazing and all high quality ethical brands. I love that they also buy back clothing so nothing goes to waste. I highly recommend this store! Hopefully will get a chance to visit in person one day.
