Hoffer Denture & Implant Solutions

My grandmother Margaret was referred to go to Nathan Hoffer from her dentist. I took her to her appointment and when we got there the front desk lady welcomed us and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. When she went in, she was spoken to like a real human and not just another person walking through the doors. Nathan made her feel so comfortable and actually answered her questions. She had partial dentures before but weren't fitting correctly so they were realigned for her and now she doesn't have issues with pain in her gums. Shes happy to smile and show off her teeth and not scared of smiling and having her teeth fall out. She was so embarrassed and scared of going to her appointment before we actually went there and the whole staff make you feel so welcomed and actually listen to your questions and answer in ways that you understand, leaving you to go home with information and confident in yourself. Thank you so much for your service and for treating my grandmother with such respect. 10/10

Mine was quite loose and they did not bother fixing anything. They just told me to put on some adhesive. They were quite quick to grab a photo op, though. Whatever issues I raised, they were dismissive.

I want to say thank you to Nathan for the patience and persistence in my recent denture experience with Hoffer Denture.I had a difficult replacement procedure done and after many appointments I must say I’m so happy with my smile and the fit and comfort of my dentures. I highly recommend Nathan Hoffer, as he will not quit until your fit and appliance is totally perfect and comfortable. STAY AWAY-Nathan does not listen and is very dismissive total waste of over $4,000 for items I told them I will not be collecting. I have an issue with the metal clasps to the front, which I was told I can not get away from - ok. The dentures are very tight that it chipped a bottom tooth during fitting, which Nathan exclaimed, 'I can't fix that,' (had to pay over $200 out of pocket to have it fixed), wore it for 1/2 of a day and had to take it out (too tight), visited over 7 times for fitting (Nathan claims 1 of those times was mine and my dentist fault as I had bonding done on 3 teeth) still does not fit, slur when I speak (told the top of the mouth flexes and will take a while to get used to), color does not match my teeth (even though we had decided on a colour), space at front btw partials & tissue. THIS ENTIRE PROCESS WAS FROM JULY TO DECEMBER 2022. I informed Nathan at least one of us is happy and that's him, as he was paid in full. This man had the audacity to tell me he wasn't paid and came back a minute later confirming he was indeed paid after he spoke to his receptionist. I am now left to find a more capable denturist to do the job and who will listen and offer meaningful advise. I had written to the Denturist Board and filed a complaint. On May 17, 2023 I collected a refund cheque for my portion of payment from Hoffer Denture & Implants.

The five Star rating says it all.Consultation transpired on Sept.26th with new precision dentures ready on October 24th.Nathan is courteous, knowledgeable and very professional, so much so that my wife will be attending Nathan's office on Dec.20th to have new precision dentures made.I would recommend Nathan and Hoffer Denture & Implant Solutions to anyone looking to have precision dentures made.

Excellent! Four years ago, Nathan fitted me with top and bottom dentures that are retained by 10 implants. A local oral surgeon put in the implants, then my gums healed for a few months and then Nathan did the work of measuring and fitting the dentures. Meticulous work. My neck wrinkles disappeared. I could bite, chew, smile and laugh like never before. I have never had any problems. Worth every penny. I highly recommend Nathan Hoffer.

Do NOT recommend!! My mother went here for a brand new set of dentures and came out with an incredible under-bite!! She's never had an under-bite until this set of teeth. Her bottom set of teeth sit forward giving her bottom jaw a bull dog effect, in appearance. She went back to ask him to fix them. All they did was shave down the ends of the bottom plate a bit but it really didn't make a drastic difference. She can't bite food properly because her bottom teeth sit so far forward. This fella didn't seem to care one bit and insists that this is how her natural bite is! Ridiculous!! He did a botched job and doesn't want to replace the denture.

Dr Hoffer did my 92 year old mom’s dentures. She had to go back for a few visits to make them fit well for her. He did a great job! Thank you Dr Hoffer!

This is the third set of precision dentures that Nathan has made for me over the years and as always Nathan and his staff have outdone themselves. They truly care and will work with you until you are totally satisfied. I would recommend Nathan to anyone looking for a great denturist. Best place hands down. Brenda Wisner

I went to Hoffer Denture & Implant Solutions a number of years ago as I needed to replace my dentures that had been made by another denturist office. I consulted with Nathan about new dentures and we decided to go forward with implants on the mandible. Following periodontist surgery, Nathan took several measurements and made new upper and lower dentures to fit the implants. I have been extremely pleased with the results and do not regret having gotten the implants, which are much more secure than just dentures alone. Hoffer Denture & Implant Solutions continue to provide excellent service through yearly exams, and service as needed.
