I visited today in the morning and the food is really good and fresh but I gave it a 1 star because of the staff, the staff was rude and misbehaving and didn’t know how to communicate. Next Time ill complain to the manager

Bathroom very dirt. Service was terrible had to wait 10 minutes for food because my sandwich was given to the customer that ordered after me. They were not busy at all.There is no excuse for this type of service at all.

Was told they won't re fill my mug unless it's clean...... um sorry..... I store it in my car .. what's the big deal to run water in the cup for a quick rinse.

Moving outside of Innisfail, I obviously go there for my coffee and goodies, etc. But each and every time, including when it was -40, they always had a smile for me. That means so much as compared to the cities, especially Red Deer.

They just got in a new rotation of workers. Their lineups are 3× as long because they move really really slow.I wouldn't recommend wasting 25 min in a drive through with only 7 cars ahead of you.

The breakfast I got was old and hard. The coffee was burnt and the new roll up the rim is awful. Out of 13 rolls I got 100 points. Very disappointing. The staff is always good here. Disappointing about the tea flavors they are getting rid of

Superb Hot chocolate ever tasted after stepping to canada , French vanilla and coffee is also good. Good one to stop over travelling from Calgary to Edmonton

I go to the Tim Hortons in Innisfail almost every morning and I use the app to mobile order my Steeped Tea and pick up through the drive thru - every morning the I am greeted with a smile and Thank you Andrea!" and I say "Have a great day!" and it improves my mood instantly :)"

Just popped in for a tea. Met by an older, miserable lady, wearing a grey t shirt. We all have bad days but she was beyond rude. Mentioning this as I believe the franchise owner would like to know.

I was going through the drive through and this girl wasn’t very nice. Costumer friendly is not here. So go else where if you enjoy being treated fair.
