Russell and Sherry are fantastic - patient, honest and fair pricing. Took the time to discuss upgrades to my old PC explain pros and cons. In the end I opted for a good deal on a used Microsoft Surface Pro5. I'll definately go back anytime I need service!

We just discovered Thrift computers. We had a computer in pharmacy, which stopped working suddenly. I contacted Thrift computers and they fixed it right away. They are very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Russell explained me what is the problem very well even though it was complex and advised me in right direction. Anything with computer, this is our new place to go. Highly recommended, reasonable price and timely.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Russell and Sherry! I am not very tech savvy and when my laptop just stopped working I went into panic mode. I was sick with worry that I was going to lose everything or have to deal with a huge a bill but that was not the case at all! They are both such lovely & professional people and so I was put at ease the moment I stepped into the store. Thankfully they were able to help me pick out a new refurbished laptop for an amazing price but most importantly Russell was able to recover all my data and transfer it over! What a relief! The whole experience was pleasant, quick, seamless & affordable. I highly recommend them for your computer needs!

Russell and Sherrie (sorry if I misspelled your name) are such lovely and kind people. They went above and beyond with great customer service and took the time to help my son with his phone, which really meant alot to him. They are so friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend their services.

What a great job Russell has done on my new computer set up. We have used Thrift computer a number of times and have recommended them to a lot of friends.

This company was excellent, not only did they fit me in the next day, but they kept in touch with calling to confirm etc. The technician was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable & both him and Sherry put me at ease from the first moment I spoke to them. My laptop is 9 yrs old and needed updating, bug fixing, you name it , I couldn’t get it to print or even open up. They took it overnight to update and clean it all up, came back the next day & got my printer properly working and all is good! I’m going to buy a new refurbished laptop from them near the end of the year and then take it in once a year & have them do a tune up for me. I highly recommend. On par with other pricing.Thank you!!!

Excellent service! I walked in with a broken laptop, and they opened it up and diagnosed the issue right there. They had an open box device in stock which was perfect for my needs at a reasonable price. Once I decided to make the purchase, they installed the SSD from my old device, upgraded the RAM in the new device to avoid downgrading, and sorted out all the software setup right away. I walked out perfectly satisfied and will definitely be back for any future computer problems!

Came to this place by serendipity.My portable hard drive started acting up and I was in panic mode! I searched online and this place came up with good reviews so I decided to give it a try. The owner identified the problems within minutes and proposed a solution to quickly transfer the data out. The whole process took less than 10min and I couldn't be happier with the outcome service was fantastic and place is really neat and clean d professional looking. I would highly recommend this place.

I am amazed as to how efficient and kind Russel and Sherry are. We bought all our home computers and printers from them at a great price. Their service is impeccable. They have helped us set up our computers and when we had a problem with our printer they came to help. I highly recommend this business.You will not be dissapointed.
