He returned the call right away. He came to my house and had to ask me to turn on the dishwasher. He worked for about 30 minutes and then said he'd be back in a few hours. He came back and said he knew nothing about my brand of dishwasher and said he was too old to repair it. He put it back together and left. Disappointing!!!

Loved Harry, he was very prompt, curtious, knowledgeable and reasonable on the price. He fixed my washer in no time. I believe that Harry has been around long enough that if he can't fix it then it can't be fixed.

Returned my phone call promptly. Was out the next day, and fixed my dryer in no time. It is working perfectly now. Friendly, professional, honest and knows his stuff. He will be my first call if I ever need an appliance repaired again.
