FYidoctors - Dieppe

I went here multiple times, more than 10 in total, for check-ups and for my 4 pairs of glasses (+ upgraded one pair). Since I almost got denied renewing my drivers license due to a vision test less than 5 years ago. Dr. Serge confirmed I had a condition called Locoma since I was born but got overlooked like 10 years ago as a possible persception problem that could develop as I got older.Unsure of all the names of the receptionists, but I never got a bad experience, here, honestly.Danielle and Jaiden are sweethearts when it comes for choosen glasses. Took less than a week for them to come back from the supplier. I never got upselled anything, I could have left and not inquired about glasses or contacts, they do not hard sell. I inquired about a product and they were translucent about it, no hidden cost and told me reviews about other clients.I went twice for eye appointment checkups, I find their price good and they have good deals and they are bilingual. Lots of styles frames to choose from. Almost reminds me of shopping for shoes ❤.

I had a great experience here! My previous pair of glasses that I got from a different eye doctors didn’t fit me at all. However, when I went to this establishment, they were very diligent in helping me find frames that fit well and looked good. I was very satisfied with my purchase and buying experience.

We visited this clinic today and were blown away by the service, staff and equipment. This visit left an unforgettable experience as the reception was very polite, painless and attentive to every detail. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone, they will definitely help you here, they will take care of you. The clinic has a high level of equipment, service and attitude to the client. Highly recommend!

After years of continually buying frames from Pearle Vision, the selection was starting to be stale. I decided to look elsewhere and the first place I went was FYiDoctors in Dieppe. I had an associate named Dominique assist me in my search for a new set of frames - She was great to work with, she went over the wide selection of available frames and lens options and made the process super simple - start to finish.Upon pickup I had an issue with the frames I decided to go with - for this, another associate named Danielle stepped in to assist and immediately offered a remedy - Although it did take a bit longer than originally anticipated to get my new eyewear I am completely satisfied with the outcome.It was assuring to know that although there was an issue with my frames, I was able to get it corrected and not be stuck with an expensive set of glasses that I could not wear.I definitely recommend FYiDoctors in Dieppe for their great selection of frames, and for their professional and courteous staff.(P.s. Dr. Richard has been following my keratoconus for years. Couldn't have a friendlier optometrist! Front staff is nice too.

Dr. Serge was great. I think he did a perfect job and more. My only downside is after the exam. the lady that showed me glasses seemed to be in a daze. I had to leave cause it was going nowhere. and when she submitted my insurance she did it wrong. so on top of that not so fun post exam experience, I have to deal with my insurance to get my money back. :s

This is where I had my eye exam done, the accuracy of the vision exam is great, my glasses serve me wonders. Exam price is great, the glasses themselves are a bit pricy but you're not forced to buy there. Overall everything goes as expected.
