I'm very happy with the service. Great communication, very prompt and professional. We needed the TV mounted into ceramic tile and our tech, Igwe, did a great job.

The technician was right on time and courteous. Service with a smile. Didn't take long before my installation was done. I was a bit skeptical at first for ordering online, but it turned out to be just fine. I highly recommend this company.

I just received a call from the the owner and was explainned the full breakdown of the price and after hearing it on recording and him explaining it was I that was confused so for this and taking time to deal with me as a full blown Karen I will give 5 stars. I am truly sorry for complaining about something that was my absolute fault. Thanks again Sir for the quick response and clarification.

Overpriced and does not stand behind their work. Hit or miss, you may get lucky with a good tech, however they will not hesitate to send someone who doesn't know what they are doing. Use at your own risk

Danny did an amazing job of installing our TV - we have metal studs in the walls and he was quick, clean, and very professional. It's absolutely perfect and we really appreciated how easy this was. Communication was excellent. Would recommend to anyone!

My TV was mounted above my fireplace with less than 24hrs notice! I filled-out the quote form online, received a call from Rabih confirming my appointment within hours, and my request was completed as requested the next day. Rabih was quick, efficient, and adjusted as needed when we had to size-up the mount because of the larger than expected distance between the studs. He came equipped with a larger mount to accommodate our needs, made valuable recommendations with regards to the installation, and was finished faster than expected. Auxe were contacted the same day my tv was delivered. They sent their technician (Rabih) and completed the job perfectly.Rabih was very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to request their service again.

*UPDATE* Your prices are not competitive, a quick search proves that. The issue is your tech drilling 12 holes in our wall and you offering a $17 discount towards your over priced services again.Used them multiple times. They charge 2-3X the normal fee, we paid because we have a high end tv - we felt if there was damage or any issues we would be covered. The tech they sent was clueless, installed the tv way off center, then drilled 12 holes in total, with pencil marks and damage to the wall only to do it wrong again. Their solution was to offer me a $17 discount on their full price to fix it- AVOID, you pay way more and get no protection
