I called for service and they were here promptly the next morning. The person that took care of the initial phone call and scheduling was extremely helpful and pleasant. They called ahead of arrival as promised and arrived shortly after. The technician was very knowledgable and friendly. He explained what he was doing and why as he went through his troubleshooting steps. He remained on site for all of the time needed to confirm that his repair had the desired result. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Picked up a run capacitor for my central AC unit. They had the component in stock and I found it to be reasonably priced.

I live on the 5th floor of an apartment building that holds the heat like no other place I've lived. Today it's 69F outside and it's 78F in my apartment. Due to severe allergies I can't open my windows and I am also on oxygen so the heat is a real problem for me. I have a thru the wall" vented a/c unit that I purchased from Brown's in 2015 and it quit cooling this week (Sept. 2022). I called Brown's for repair

Great experience. Furnace broke at 3 am, called at 8 am, they had a rep at my house by 8:30. I needed a new furnace and they delivered. Heat was back on by 4:15 pm same day. Thank you to the Brown Heating team.

I called the office to schedule a quote for our residential property. A sales guy called back and we booked an appointment. He was in time however he decided to go to the BACk of our house and use the back door instead of the front door. That was very strange and he walked right past the front door. He inspected our basement and determined that our down flow furnace was installed upside down (not true as it is a down flow furnace) over all he stayed for 2 minutes, did not even provide his name, information on company or any other details as to the services we maybe purchasing. Over all not a very pleasant experience and clearly did not know anything about the service field he is trying to sell.

These guys are great in that they can usually get you parts for older appliances. Such as we have had to replace our ovens lower heating element a few times over the years and so far they are the only place to go that can get us that part.
