I like this place most, compare with all of Mcdonalds branch in town, especially is the corner to take pop for customer. This area is quite small but it doesn’t matter. I like the pop machine so so so much. Hope that they keep it forever!

So, this happened on 19th June 2023 at 1:09am, we ordered 3 vanilla ice creams which was under offer. It was a pick up order and as we were living close by to the shop we decided to walk to the place to pick it up. When we reached there, the lady working there told us to come with a car to receive the order. We tried to reason with her but wasn't of any use. That was so unfair because we had already paid for the items. So we walked back home to take our car and went back for the order. This was such a terrible experience for us. Hope this never happens again.

The service is so slow here I often feel as though my hair is turning grey the time I walk out the door. I've also had my order messed up several times as well. If you plan on eating you are taking a gamble, somedays it's clean, most days its a disaster with litter all over the floor

Worst customer service given by the manager. She was rude, had a proud behaviour and was ignoring my complaint. Just wanted to let everyone know that this is the worst McDonald’s that i have ever went to. Just a suggestion try to promote people who are kind, handle stress and listen to complaints with a positive behaviour.

Best dam Dank’s in Regine if you like fresh food. Fool in here complaining about service are haters. The staff here seem to have a high turnover rate as there are always new faces, so bare in mind it’s not unlikely that staff you interact with are training. But the food at this location is always on point

Since it is still a fast food restaurant it was not half bad. The workers where kind and considerate.However I have seen nicer Mc Donald's establishments. The atmosphere of the restaurant could be better. It is not really a Mc Donald's where I would stay to eat my meal.The food is as good as any other Mc Donald's, not bad at all. I noticed that they don't sell cappuccino in Canada, unfortunately. They do sell that in most of the establishments in Europe, which I like very much.In general a good place to grab a quick bite or get a take out meal.

All the staffs are hard working except one rude manager who just has a lof of attitude for no reason. I wished she had put that kind of effort in working hard rather than in giving attitude to people. Extremely unprofessional and they shouldn’t be at a position where they have that kind of behaviour rather there are other hard working employees that deserve far better.

I went to Drive through and waited for 15 mins to give my order and nobody attended me and when I went to the window they blamed me for not coming through the lane while the employee were using AirPods in ear and I experienced very very bad Service. Employees are spoiling the Brand Name Of McDonald’s.Please take strict action against them. I came at night around 2 to 3 am on Thursday.

I don’t know what it is about this location, but it’s a disaster. Last weekend in the morning I was the only one in the drive thru, I pull ahead and wait a ridiculously long time to pay to the point the man behind me was honking at me and calling to go to the second window. He was not rude at all, we were both equally confused as he had been told to skip the first window and yet I was clearly watching and waiting for the employee. By this time a line of multiple cars formed. Once she realized we were communicating she opened her window, apologized for the wait, closed it and I continued to sit there for an even longer period of time. I eventually got to move ahead to the second window where I waited for quite some time but not nearly as long as before. I was in the drive thru for about 10-15 minutes for a single iced coffee. Keep in mind no one was ahead of me.Now to this weekend, I went through the drive thru again. Not only can you not hear the employee mumble through the speaker, they disappeared for some time. My fruit splash had coffee spilled on the top (I ordered the fruit splash and a root beer, NO coffee). And my root beer has pop all around the cup and leaks everywhere.Highly recommend ANY other location.
