Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an accident in my car and I needed a rental. I went through my insurance company for the reservation under their rates. I was told by the gentleman from Enterprise on the phone that I could pick a car up that day. About a half hour later a local agent called and told me that they wouldn't have a car available for me until 3 days later at 3:00. They set another reservation for then. When that day came they called and said they still didn't have a car for me and couldn't tell me when they would, but would still hold my reservation. Now it has been over a week, and I haven't heard from them. I happened to pass by their business while riding with a friend and saw 3 rentals right out front. So I called them and was told they still didn't have anything available. The worst part is there is another enterprise located at the airport, but they are not affiliated with each other. And to boot they are the ONLY rental car place that deals with any insurance claims in town! I explained to them how desperately I needed a vehicle to get back and forth to work because I work out of town a little ways, and there isn't any public transportation out there. They clearly aren't concerned with any of the problems this is causing me. It has been nothing but a headache and its going to cost me my job! Worst part is the accident was caused by the other driver! Frustrating!!!

Hot a great SUV to drive for a week.The staff there were Exceptional!!!Highly recommend

The customer service is stellar at the Great Falls 10th Avenue location. They always take care of me, don't nickel and dime me, and treat me as a valued customer. The value for the price is excellent, but the customer service is the star of this business. Quick, capable, and very friendly, I feel like the folks here really do care about their customers as well as their product. Highly recommend!

We were driving down to Idaho for a funeral. We rented a car because we were hoping for something better in the snow in our truck, and that got better fuel mileage. When we showed up, they told us they were out of cars, but would upgrade us to a Ford Eco Sport, and “I guess we won’t charge you for the upgrade”. The vehicle got 18 mpg, no better than our truck, and wasn’t any better in the snow. We dropped it off after hours when we got back, and I had to call multiple times before they would send me a receipt, and they still haven’t taken the $300 hold off my card, which they didn’t tell me about until I arrived. I’ve rented from other companies and had a $100-$150 hold, but never $300, which was twice what the total rental amount was. Definitely will not be using these guys again after this.

Totally waist of time and money. Got a reservation, paid a Lyft to get there. Right at the time of reservation they told me no car availability and forgot to call me to advise. Now I have to pay another Lyft to ho to a different place. I thought if I would rent from them directly was gonna be more professional. I was wrong! Now I know.

Don't get into an accident on the weekend in Great Falls. You won't be able to get a rental.

I was in Great Falls for my son's H.S. basketball game when I needed to travel to another town due to a family medical situation. We saw the good reviews for the Great Falls Enterprise and decided to give them a try. I could not speak more highly of this business! Issac H. was so polite and efficient at helping us with a vehicle in a hurry. We are not accustomed to such great experiences with rental cars where we live, but this location provides a pleasant customer experience. The vehicle itself was in good condition and fun to drive.

Have used this rental facility multiple times over the past year. Most of the times the service has been great. The issue is always the gas. I have had them give me cars that were completely empty and only after asking them to filling it do they fill it for me. This has happened at least 3 times. I have had two, including the one recently, where they only gave me 1/2 tank of gas and sent me on my way. I see this as suspect somewhat. The reason I was given today, with a new car and completely empty tank, was that the card was declined" at a half tank. That seems very odd and I feel that is a way of hoping that I will overfill when I return it. Other than that this facility has been good.Update: I have used them several times since this and they have been good about all of these changes. Nicole

Had a reservation. My plane was delayed beyond when enterprise would be open. They would not hold the car for me until the next morning which was fewer than 24 hrs. I was willing to pay my full price, was just telling them I was going to be late as a courtesy. They said they couldn’t hold it. They would call me if the found a car, but currently didn’t have any. I had the reservation since March. They should be trying to help and accommodate, not create an even worse situation. Won’t be going back.

Customer service was great BUT little to my knowledge they wouldn't take my debit card. Took all day to get my rental. You pretty much have to have a credit card to get a rental. I did however end up with a pretty sweet rental.
