Genica Custom Builders Ltd.
Isaac and his crew at Genica Development removed our old deck stairs and made a new custom set of stairs. Ashton and his men poured a beautiful concrete slab for the stairs to rest on. Quality workmanship, attention to detail, overall a tremendous job. They have done work on my home in the past and I would not hesitate having them do more. I would recommend them for any home repair or renovation work. Thanks again Isaac and Ashton and crew!

Isaac with Genica Developments was absolutely awesome, we built a full new home with our own designs, Isaac was so clear, and helpful, he also allowed us to pay for our own extra's or would include it in the build there was so many options and moving parts, but the whole experience was a dream, If we ever build a home again in the area he would be the only one we would deal with.

Live in a house built by Genica. No proper outside plugs ... not even code, heat not vented to the outside of the cupboard under the sink, paint from walls on the ceiling, outside stairs (wood is splitting). Used untreated wood. This house is not very old and its falling apart. It's obvious that this house was just slammed together. Such a shame.
