We recently bought our Santa Fe from them and we absolutely love it! Huge thanks to Steve and Cody for being very accomodating. The customer service is superb. From the monent we stepped in and even a week after we got the car and we had some questions, Cody was very helpful. Kudos to the team for a job well done.

I purchased my first brand new vehicle almost a month ago now and have to say I'm over the moon with my purchase! Josh and John were both fantastic and made the transaction for an out of town purchase very smooth. I have to admit like other reviews posted here that extras like key protection, Rim/Tire protection were originally added to my proposal but were quickly removed when I stated I wasn't interested in those protection options. While waiting for my new vehicle to arrive, the price of the vehicle also went up as well as the cost of financing. These are factors that I understand are beyond the dealerships control, but still have to reflect an imperfect score. Other than those small concerns, the team in Sudbury are amazing and super friendly! I truly enjoyed my experience with Sudbury Hyundai and would purchase from them again! Thank you, Paul

I can not fully explain how happy I am with my experience at Sudbury Hyundai. The sales team is very knowledgeable and a special thank you to Sean and Steve. We came in not sure what vehicle was going to make sense for us and Sean was able so sort through our mayhem and put us in a 2019 Santa Fe. He went the extra mile taking in our trade and getting the most money he could for it (he got more than any other dealer). Steve took the time to listen to how the vehicle was going to be used, in my case lots of km every week and he suggested a extended warranty that would minimize risk when it came to resale and repair. While I did not take him up on all of his suggestions I do believe there was an appropriate amount of value in the products in my situation.After visiting many dealerships in town it is my belief that Hyundai has a product that competes with the big three and any other vehicle in the general market. I found that the standard features that come on their base models far surpassed that of any other manufacturer. The Santa Fe has a feature where the car senses movement in the back seats after the car is parked and will alert the driver that movement was detected in the back seat in the event that someone walks away from the car and leaves their child or pet. While I don’t think this is necessary for the vast majority of people it is my belief that if this feature saves even one life it is a worthwhile investment. I am very impressed that Hyundai included this in their vehicle and I hope other vehicle manufacturers follow suit soon.If you are in the market for a car I strongly recommend you look into Sudbury Hyundai they really do want you to be in the right car for your needs and their attention to detail and their honesty blew me away.Thank you all we had a great experience!

I have recently purchased a brand new 2022 Santa Fe (only 20km on it) from Sudbury Hyundai. This is my 3rd Hyundai vehicle and my 2nd time purchasing at this dealership. I had Josh as my sales rep , and dealt with Nick in financing. Both gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure I made the right decision for me and my situation, went over everything from start to finish and made this experience both pleasurable as well as effortless. I cannot say enough good things with regards to my dealings with this company. The manager Steve as well made sure to come and stop by and say hello as I had dealt with him on my first vehicle at Sudbury Hyundai 5+yrs ago.
