I attended an open house at We Thrive wellness center and was fortunate enough to win a massage. It was an aromatherapy massage by Mia and it was amazing. She's fun to talk to and she's got a lovely relaxing technique. It was a great way to spend a morning.

This place is just a little slice of perfect. I feel at ease just when I walk in the doors as I know I am welcome and genuinely supported by those who work here.Specifically I cannot thank Stef (Shaping Reality) enough for the tools that she has given me over the many years of my meditation sessions with her. With the help of her words of guidance, grounding energy and just being her kind and supportive self, I have been able to accomplish so much. I have built a higher sense of self-confidence, developed healthy coping strategies for life's many ups and downs, and become a more true and honest version of myself. With everything we do in life, there are good days and bad days, and this is so very true when it comes to growth. Growth is not only beautiful and rewarding but is also hard, messy, and sometimes lonely. Meditation doesn't make any of the hard parts simply disappear, nothing is ever that simple. Instead, it gives you the support and tools you need in your toolbox to face those uncertain days with hope and a knowing that they will pass. So, whether you are a newcomer to meditation or you've been practicing for many years, Stef's guided meditation sessions are a fantastic, safe and welcoming environment to self-reflect and grow.

My partner and I attended the beautiful Couples Connection Experience. It was so grounding and healing! The space and practitioners were amazing. I highly recommend this experience! Couples yoga, love languages, partner meditation, and learning to give and receive massage healing from my partner were all parts I will take with me into my life and marriage. I visited We Thrive for the first time today and had a Deep Pore Cleansing facial from Mia. First of all, the atmosphere is wonderful - very relaxing and welcoming, even for a nervous first timer like me! Mia was excellent - the treatment was beyond fantastic, and I felt truly pampered. Definitely would recommend to anyone and look forward to visiting again.

I highly recommend Kirsten at We Thrive. I had my first visit today and it was perfect. She was very friendly and personable and made sure to ask questions to customize my massage. Dawn was also so kind at the front desk and made sure I knew what I was doing to submit my claim to my insurance. Overall an amazing experience!
