I've been banking at the TD branch at mill Rd for 25 years and, at one time the staff there was very expeditious at getting customers through the line quickly and efficiently. Now at days I wait up to 35 minutes to see a teller.Is this Trillium hospital or TD bank?

So what happened to service from 8am to 8 pm. The bank that never used to act like a bank is all of the sudden a bank and inaccessible to people who work during the day. The pandemic is over , can you go back and find your customer service gene.

What happen to this branch? All the nice people I knew left. I am stuck dealing with people who don't know me, and every 3 months I go into the branch there is a group of new employees. What happen to customer service? What happen to clients come first?The advisor don't listen.I felt like I was bothering them...Isn't this their careers? Aren't they suppose to be happy to help me? Frustrated.

Worst service. Do not visit this branch. You are exposed to be robbed inside and outside Go to East Mall & Burnhamthorpe instea, where TD seems to run a totally different business model.

While I always loved this branch, they dropped the ball for me.The ATM room is now locked after hours and I cannot access the machines. I do not drive, so I would have to take the bus to the next closest location or use an alternate machine. either way, I am now paying more for access to my money. I work shifts and dont have the luxury of teller hours.
