If you moved to Waterloo near the Conestoga Mall and looking to open a bank account, we highly recommend this bank/branch. We visited 3 of the big 5 banks the day before, 1 we did not have to wait but the other 2 with tellers not greeting us at all even thought we were the first in line. Both banks' tellers were staring at the screen finishing what they had to do without saying I will be with you shortly". At this bank/branch

Slow service. Arrived and was first in line, waited 30mins only to find out they do not have any euros available and that I need to go to another branch. The entire time there were half a dozen staff standing and chatting away amongst themselves.

Worst customer service at this locationEven though Yash had my documents to get started on paperwork for new corporate account he was lazy enough to not even look at it… BMO is amazing in this regards. Will never come back to TD for sure

I booked an appointment twice but nobody showed up. After reaching out to a staff, I was told that an employee would reach out to me but never heard back. Lost two weeks hoping to have one appointment. I would not recommend this branch.

I've been trying for a year to have my credit card authorised following a scam on my cash back. I received approval for my fourth application today and couldn't be happier. Thank you very much to the Advisors that assisted me with the problem. Really value the help!

Came to deposit a couple of cheques. Not a long lineup like other TD branches. Tyler helped me today. Actually this is the second time Tyler helped me. He is always friendly and patient in explaining stuff. Would come back to this branch next time.
