Le Pleasant Hôtel
The room was very nice and clean to be honest but I couldn't understand why I was charged over $50 for 2 juices and 2 waffles in the breakfast just because I made my reservation with booking.com! Also I fell on the stairs outside when I was going to my car. Because nobody shovelled or salted around the hotel or brake the ice around it. My leg and hand got hurt just before I go to ski. Also the lady in the reception made a pretty bad comment about my friend's appearance. That comment made our stay the worst!

Wonderful comfortable quiet room. Caring helpful staff. Wood fireplace with armchairs for when you partake in the delicious cocktails made on site. The breakfast choices are original and fabulous. The coffee is amazing. I want to return as soon as possible

The brunches are always great! And the menu changes every week (which is not something you find everywhere). The brunch menu includes a lemonade, an appetizer and an entree. I greatly recommend the place, be sure to reserve a table.

Le Pleasant Hôtel
We just spent two nights here on a cycling tour and this was our favorite place we stayed. Our room on the top floor was kind of small, but the service here was great. Very kind staff and the food was delicious and had dairy-free options for myself. The coffee was also great.

My partner and I went to brunch at Le Pleasant yesterday for the first time since the new owners, and we were blown away! The food was so delicious, and the owners so kind... we are so happy to have this little gem back open to the public on weekends!

We have started to make Sutton our annual go to in the winter. The hotel was perfectly situated and in walking distance to everything. The breakfast was incredible and the staff, 5 star. So helpful, friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this location to everyone.Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Expectations were met! Our room was clean and well decorated. I liked the choice of colors. The bathroom was clean. I really liked their shampoo.What I really liked about the hotel was that it was an old house with character and history.The reception was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.The only thing I would say that can be improved is that the room doors were not soundproof. The noise from outside was heard loud and clear in our room.
