theres a bit of a backstory to my review. my front headlight was blown a few months back. i purchased the replacement bulb and installed it only for it to go again 2 weeks later. i went and picked up another at a different store (i should have gone back to honda but i didnt).my back light recently went and i called these guys and had the pleasure of speaking with Tony to see if theyve got the little bulb i can purchase. i explained my previous situation and asked if there is any guarantee for this to work longer than what i had experienced in the past. they told me to come in and gave me what i needed free of charge. the part was only ~$12.00 but the highlight was that Tony was understanding and trusted what i had told him. i didnt expect anything to be given to me as i knew it was my own fault for not following up with them at that time.my interaction with Tony really helped to restore a bit of faith in humanity. i so appreciate people like that and i am super happy to have had such a positive experience. thank you!

There is Disability Reserved Parking yet, this business has no automatic door openers. The sales room staff will watch customers struggle to open the very heavy door with zero support. Once you enter, a very rude and angry lady is at the sales room service desk; she won't greet you, but instead will loudly ask, What do you want?"Multiple reviews from past 6months confirms that the receptionist has service issues. Patrick Chong and Frankie Chan were very helpful and considerate. Patrick helped deliver everything we needed quickly so our entire car-buying process was very efficient. Great experience at Action Honda consulting with Ryan Chang, the most patient car sales I’ve ever met. I’ve visited several dealerships this is the one I would like to visit again. I’m planning to buy a Civic for daily driving and the service they delivered is much higher than what I expected. Loyalty does not mean anything here. Purchased a car in 2018 had 90% my services there and they could not meet me for 5$ per month on a new car. Also paid $5000 to get my old car ready for my daughter. Asked them repeatedly to check the battery and replace it. They refused to replace it and 1 month after (the service) and passing the car on to my daughter the battery dies and needs to be replaced. Do a better job listening to your customers and reward them for their loyalty and patronage.

Horrible experience! The most unprofessional and poorly managed car service I have ever received.I went in for a scheduled Oil Change, which should take 45 mins, stayed there a total of 3 Hours. The front service rep doesn't know how to input information, the mechanic isn't communicating with the front.After waiting for 1 hour, I go to the front and ask about the car and how long it will take. Only for them to tell me they need to replace the air filter, not once did they call me or get a hold of me during that 1 hour. I had to go to the front desk and ask about my car, only then they asked me about replacing the filters. Never experienced this from any other Honda Service, they always call you to get your approval.Then they say it will take another 20 mins to install the filter. 20 mins pass and I go back to the front, and I tell the rep, I've been here since 9:30am, I have work, it's almost noon. You told me it would take 45 mins, I've been here for 2.5 hours. They get a hold of the mechanic, who drops the paper work and but forgets to bring the keys, meanwhile the front rep doesn't know how to input the information of the service.Also, the waiting area, and the men's washroom was absolutely disgusting. Horribly maintained with old coffee lying around in cups, and an unclean washroom that smelt like it hasn't been cleaned in months.Please take everyone's warning seriously, do not go to Action Honda to get your car serviced.
