It’s always a little unnerving handing your cell phone over to a complete stranger but I was so impressed with the customer service here! Friendly, polite, and went above and beyond - very fast work whilst also being great quality (so much so that there is even a 30 day warranty on their work so you know they truly stand behind it).Will for sure be going nowhere else for any of my tech needs in the future!

GewTV is simply Amazing!!! I have been using them for the last 7 years and its nice to know they are not another fly by night business that will come and go. They helped me 7 years ago when I was a student and they helped me today fix my iPhone 8 plus screen while i was visiting friends in the Guelph area.

I previously had multiple good experience with GewTV (in particular the regular employees were very friendly/helpful) - and as a result of that referred multiple people to this location.Unfortunately, I had a iPhone screen repaired there that broke within 24 hours without being dropped or manhandled. The owner insisted I did in fact drop it, and that all that could be done is a paying ~70% of the overall cost to have it repaired a second time.It should be noted that they only take e-transfer for purchases, meaning you do not get any receipt or proof of purchase - and lose the ability to dispute the charge if you felt you received faulty service. The replacement phone screen installed not only looked poor from a colour accuracy perspective, but responded poorly to touch/swiping, and cracked with regular use.I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as I feel this practice is not only shady, but as a consumer you lose all power to follow up on bad service and replacement part quality. I highly regret referring people to this location, and would not advise having repairs done due to their lack of customer service/appreciation when things go awry.

Love these guys. I have used their services about 6 times and was consistently bee happy. On at least 3 of those visits they saved me so much time, money and headache by giving me honest and open advice. One time Mustafa provided a quick service (3 min) that I found out later a friend had paid $80 for at a popular competitor at the mall. Another time they sent me to a competitor that was in a position to service something that they could have done but would've been more expensive. Will refer anyone to them - they have my loyalty 100%!

Today I got my MI phone serviced here and they did a fantastic job. I don't own a high end model phone but it is very close to my heart. Some service centers refused to work on my phone saying that they don't have technicians who worked on the model but GewTv fixed it as brand new. This just proves that Skill is different from knowledge and thanks guys for not treating my Phone as just another junk like how the others did.

Today has been roughly my 5th time dealing with GewTV since they started out of an apartment quite a few years back and I am still just as pleased at the first time. They always have time to squeeze me in even when I show up close to closing time, the customer service is fantastic. Super friendly, nice and easy to deal with people. 10/10 experience, I always suggest to all my friends!

Quick iPhone screen repair was great. Got it back about an hour later. Unfortunately the new screen can’t be used while wearing sunglasses as there is a very dark glare on the screen (driving with gps, hiking etc).

Amazing service and very knowledgeable staff. I wasn’t able to turn MacBook Pro 2017’s screen on for a long time but the laptop still works well when I connected it to an external display. I brought it to the store and they/he figured things out clearly for me. It could be either the GPU or the screen cable, the two common screen problems with my model. But because the external screen has no issue with displaying, which indicates that the problem is not the GPU. They also explained to me that this happened due to the poor design from Apple and my MacBook Pro 2017 was the last model to have that kind of thing, which Apple knew and changed later but didn’t have any policy to cover it. To sum up, the problem is most likely to be the cable, which is attached to the screen and cannot be replaced on its own. This means if I want to repair it, I have to pay for a whole new screen, which is super expensive. However, thankfully, they advised me that the problem can happen again even if I have my screen replaced —— so I decided to buy a new one instead. They actually saved me a lot of money for not spending on something expensive but temporary. Finally, they offered me a significantly cheaper price compared to another store in the city if I want to fix it at anytime. Thanks a lot! I definitely will come back if I have any other issue
