Very swift on my request to empty our septic tank!

We were told verbally,350$ per hr!( In the past we were charged200. We have cameras both in and out of house. That's why we didn't looses days work, since we have cameras. They only emptied out liquid,water, wasn't emptied completely. Didn't take an hour either. However, we got charged for their transportation truck, from Roxton Pond to Shefford and we weren't told ahead of this, very professional! Did we get charged for deisel. I'm calling consumer protection about a $1250.84 bill, if I have any rights against this bill. Wrote to consumer protection,waiting to hear from them now. Pina Blasi,ba

Company representative arrived on time, was very polite and did his job professionally. Eager and energetic while he worked. While i am told a 2 week wait is the norm, the administrative staff went out of their way to squeeze me in in 3days
