Last evening...Ordered 3 subs with coupons, buy one get another for a dollar.BMT=9.49TERIYAKI =10.59TURKEY=9.493 @ 0.99 =2.97Tax? =4.23Gal gives me invoice for 6 subs = $44 !Really?Questioned it, Gal could not explain it.Paid.Walked out.Morale of the story=teach MATH to your staff.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been too. I ordered a cold cut and the meat was clearly expired. I went in to talk to the manager, wasn’t there but the employee working apologized and said the meat was fine. I would have liked a refund or some sort of discount as I couldn’t eat it. Will never be going back to this location again. Terrible experience.

It was very busy today, with one worker - some people left due to the line up. However, despite this, the young man worker showed the best service, was efficient and very kind. He was very clearly trying his best, and though a customer had mumbled complaints about the line and one person working, he continued to work his best and did a great job. To the lady in front of me who stood up for him, props to you as we’ve all been there in a job! I’ll continue to visit due to the excellent service and kind worker - I don’t know his name but he was younger.

Crispy chicken 6 inch sub would not recommend it. Also the bottom bun was hard on the edge not fresh. Although the service was good

Very long wait due to the fact the employee was working alone. People just kept coming in, poor lady. Manager should put a second person on after 6pm on Sunday evenings! Though spent almost 30 mins from waiting in line to leaving with my order, the woman was very patient, and made my & everyone else's sandwiches just right! Gotta say, of all the Subway's I've patronized, as often as I do, this lady made my order perfectly!!

I worked here in the summer of 2021 and what I seen was absurd to say the least everything from employees vaping in the freezer, serving customers expired meat well after it’s due date and employees getting in trouble for doing the dishes thoroughly because the manager insists it takes to long. This subway is a privately own business and I’m all for supporting local own businesses and then some but if you care about what you consume I highly recommend you stay away from this location.

To the employee who came into work with a harsh cough and no voice and thought is was ok to make subway sandwiches with NO MASK.You made my experience gross.And shame on your manager for allowing it.One more thing, when you hand your customer a receipt you don't say you want this' you are to say 'Would you like your receipt'This store has a lack of hygiene and customer service skills.Never again."

Took my daughter here this evening for a little dinner date. She picked it. Staff was nice, store was pretty clean and the food was great. I had a chicken wrap that was loaded with chicken and she had a tuna sub that was also great. Will return to this subway. Very pleased with the food.

Angel is awesome. Very hygienically prepares the sub in keeping view of vegetarian customers. 100% recommended for vegetarians!!

It's our favourite SUBWAY in Windsor... We ONLY, Only and Only go here as long as its open...Friendly staff (all of them)... Always get the order right... Great at customized requests... Always recommend new offerings or better tasting combinations ... Never frown or make faces if we ask for additional sauces or ingredients... Always very willing...
