Bluebelle Bistro
Great food but pricing seems geared towards travelers and tourists, which is fine. I was especially impressed with the flavors in the lentil dahl.They have a coffee bar, pastries, a limited alcohol selection, a few interesting mocktails. Solid!

Fantastic cafe with amazing selection of baked goods and drinks. Breakfast/lunch menu limited, but high end ingredients and every dish sounds great! Avocado smash was perfect and worth the price in my opinion of $20. Lots of local art and items for sale.

I'm a regular at bluebelle and for a good reason! They have fun with their dishes and everything is always so flavourful. The desserts they offer are seasonal and always so good too. Any kind of soup and pumpkin spice lattes are lovely on a cold day. My favourite spot in kaslo for sure!

Delicious hot drinks! My son had hot chocolate and it tasted like Hershey's kisses! My cappachino was excellent and the onion cheese bun treated so good. Great service! It was busy but we didn't feel like the wait was too bad. The waffle was hot and tasted great. The pan fries tasted really good but they were very oily. Id come back!

Stopped in wet and cold on a motorcycle trip. Fabulous coffee, super tasty breakfast in a funky atmosphere. I had an interesting conversation with a local as I warmed up. Says a lot about the restaurant when the locals hang out there! Great spot!

Easily the highlight of the day when we went for dessert and tea in the afternoon. The bistro was large and quiet with plenty of amazing desserts to try. The staff were exceptionally friendly and they had a great mood in the whole place. Perfect to stop at for an afternoon pick-me-up. Do yourself a favour and try the chai latte and chocolate cream pie!

Stopped in here for lunch; amazing neat little Bistro. Sat on the patio which was very lovely. I had the pork bao bun, my husband the grilled eggplant baguette, both were very yummy.

In a tourist town higher prices are to be expected. Two eggs, sausage, fried potatoes and one slice of toast was what I had for 17. The espresso was good. One thing puzzles me though. After you place your order at the counter you pay and of course the machine provides the option of including a tip. Since neither the order has yet to be prepared nor the service been provided, how does one determine the amount to tip?

I brought my son's last week, on our way from the hotsprings. The avocado meal was awesome. The place is really awesome inside. I thought the service was ok". The young waitress was very nice at least. Anyway. Worth a stop for food."
