I have had a small hearing loss for many years as a result of my work in loud environments whitout hearing protection. I was advised to monitor it periodically, so today, I visited Dr. Shanni Philip.She evaluated my hearing loss and explained her analysis to me very clearly.Her recommendation is to come and see her in a few years if I feel there has been any change but for now I am good to go.Dr. Philip is very pleasant and relatable. I will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking help with their hearing.

Dr. Shanni is great to answer all your questions and make you feel relaxed. She even answers her own phone. WOW! Jennifer the office manager is terrific explaining all the rewards offered by the clinic! Two thumbs up! (Would be more but I'm just one person)

My previous audiologist moved away and so I went to Aldershot Audiologist on her recommendation for for repair for a loose wire to ear piece repair. She said it would probably be free since that was what she would do. The receptionist repaired it quickly and well and then charged me $75.I received a full explaination that I was charged only for the cost of the replacement part since I had bought it elsewhere and it was not still under warranty. I was not charged for the labour As I noted it was done quickly and well. I feel very positive about this clinic.

We have been going to Aldershot Audiology since it opened and it’s always been the most pleasant and informative experiences.Shanni is absolutely amazing! She takes soo much care and time making sure everything is perfect. I am so thankful to have her for my daughters hearing needs since day 1 she has helped more than any health profession we have ever encountered.I can’t say enough good things!Be sure to go here for all your hearing needs!!!

After going to listen up and being treated poorly by rude receptions who I seemed to be bothering by asking about getting an appointment. I found aldershot audiology and what a fantastic experience from walking in I was greeting happily given an appoint quickly and on the day of appointment everything's was smooth friendly and professional. Can not recommend this place enough if you need an audiologist!

Audiologist was really good with my 4 year old, helping him through the tests, good with helping me understand the diagnosis, gave me a copy of the report for school. And it was quick to get in, the next week vs a month and a half for the other place.
