RBC Royal Bank

We visited this branch last week, and Jocelyn helped us a lot. We deposited bank draft, renewed mortgage, and invested GIC in around an hour, which saved us a plenty of time. I usually don't write reviews, but I have never had such a great and efficient experience when visiting other financial advisor or branch before.Jocelyn goes above and beyond to provide excellent professional financial services to meet our needs. I appreciate the help.

Got excellent support from Stephen helping me get access to my mortgage in my online account. Without his considerate service I had to find a way to get in contact with a RBC banking representative in Newfoundland to set up my mortgage. This would take much more effort (or even be impossible) as I am now abroad.

Mojdeh, has been amazingly helpful with us. She has been super patient, resourceful, educated and knowledgeable. She has always offered us promotions available. She always goes above and beyond with her wonderful and professional customer service. I recommend everyone to ask for her. This bank branch is the best one. Really happy with them.

Five kiosk, two tellers. At least 5 people in line behind me... This is not the time for small talk with customers. I was second in line, and waited an astounding 28 minutes.RBC charges the highest fees (personal, business, investing), and fees that others don't charge anymore, lowest savings rate... Am I wrong to expect better service? I will actively move all my accounts and business elsewhere.

I’m not surprised at the low rating of this branch. The way they have set up their store is a mess. Very unorganized and the staff were also not happy about the way the store had utilized its space. Walking into this RBC branch made me feel very unsafe. The safe door was left open and due to the open space it looked like anyone could just walk passed it. There are some staff at this location who have always been helpful and kind but this RBC is slow at dealing with costumers and often times you have to wait 30+ minutes even if you have a couple people in front of you in line. Solid 2 stars for this location and it’s only for the long term staff that have been there for many years that I value this place above 1 star. Will not be coming here again unless it’s absolutely necessary, even though it is the closest branch to my home.

I recently moved from the US and was in need of a new checking and savings. I was blessed to be helped by their employee Jocelyn. She was so kind, patient, and informative when setting up my account. She was also proactive in following up via phone call and email to ensure my credit card application was thoroughly submitted for approval. Will be returning to this location for future services :)

My patner and I came to the branch to get our statement printed and make a money order since we were in the area.The rep who helped us said part of the funds are not available and we’l have to wait orAsked us to drive back to the main brand for assistance. We drive all the way to main branch and the manager at the location says the previous rep put our account on hold and we can not do anything untill next week. I have a business to run and cant access my funds at all.Quite disappointent with the service we receieved.Have all my personal and other business accounts with rbc never experienced this before.

I want to thank Jocelyn Ji. I just came to Windsor at the end of April so I really need a debit card to help me with my life. Thank god I met Jocelyn who helps me a lot. She is so nice and patient. I feel so lucky to choose her to be my financial advisor.

I had an appointment with Tina Vakilzadah on March 1. She was a great help. She answered all my doubts and questions she was mature and passionate. Love her services.
