The congee is okay, not the smoothest I've had, but the price is great. Flavour wise, it is on the saltier side for us, even their plain congee. We tried asking for hot water to try to dilute it a little, but their service is lacking, told us they don't understand. Interesting they understood when we wanted to order but don't understand when we ask for hot water. Two stars for portion and price.

i got congee and two plates of rice noodle rolls: one egg and one shrimp. i could see them making fresh after i ordered it and it was well reflected in the dish. as a chinese person who's eaten these since childhood, i'd say that this one is one of the best i've had. the congee was also pretty good, not too watery and not too salty. prices was really good, i got a huge bowl of congee and the egg rice noodle roll as a combo for 5.99.

I would give Oriental Porridge a Zero star if I could. After being a loyal customer for over a year, I made an order for congee but had to leave for a personal emergency before picking up the order. I came back the next day thinking they would replace it no problem since they have already TAKEN my money. The lady said they threw out my order which I think is false, she probably ate it herself, and wanted me to pay for a new order and not give me a replacement!! Considering rice and water is cheap, this shows the owner's true nature. Horrible!! Will never go back, plenty of congee in the sea.

This is a surprise for me in a food court. Is good congee in my opinion. It is not easy to make congee that taste good. They are very fast even you see a bit of an line up. I visit them on sunday lunch time 27 May2018 with 5 people infront of me and it took only took 10 minutes for my order to come.Recommended.I am not sure what it is, but just a 4 out of 5.

fresh congee. the stuffing in the congee are good portion. Always get congee from them whenever I am near or want a good congee.

Best in town soy sauce fried noodle (豉油皇炒麵) ! I also recommend their plain congee, minced beef congee, plain rice rolls and '炸兩' (rice rolls with deep fried dough). Their bean sprout shredded pork fried noodle (肉絲炒麵) is super crispy. Reasonable pricing and I always like to support local small business.

Food 1/5 Portion 1/5 Customer service 0/5 Value for money 0/5Ordered a rice noodle with beef and shrimp cheung fun....the Cheung fun was only 2 strips and a total of 4 shrimp...after 2 bites I was done..couldn't believe it . absolutely terrible...the ladies owner who did the Cheung fun was in her usual state of being disgruntled. I've never seen her smile. The rice noodles had decent portions of the rice noodles but very little beef. Beef quality was pretty subpar....I'm giving up on this place...I was desperate since none of the other shops were fully opened ..save your money, spend it where customers are actually valued..
