I had a wheel set up that was not done exactly how I liked it and the team did not hesitate to redo the work free of charge. Speed River Bicycle
SRB is a staple in the Guelph biking scene. The staff are friendly and knowledgable and the selection is vast on everything from bikes to biking accessories. Their service is also great, but you better book ahead as they're often slammed with business, especially in the spring months. The products at SRB are high quality and have a price tag that can highlight that fact.

Dropped in as I was riding a portion of the G2G trails and my brakes were acting up. The staff made time to have a look and fixed the problem (worn pads - killed by the previous weekend's P2A ride) for me so I could continue riding.Very knowledgeable and skilled staff and friendly service. Good prices too.

Customer service is exceptional. A defect was noted on my son’s new bike, he contacted the shop and they happily took steps to have his bike fixed taking into account we don’t live near the shop. They managed to make my teen’s frown turn upside down!

The staff were super helpful. I was stuck without tools and needed a simple fix (to my Rollerblades! - not even a bike!!!) with an Allen key I did not have. The staff were amazingly helpful and got me back on my way. Top notch bunch of people; I highly recommend them. My left foot survived the day thanks to their help.

Best experience ever! Their staff helped me with sizing of bike to accessories for the bike. They had the bike ready the NEXT day! Over ecstatic as I'm leaving for a camping trip with my new trek! They even helped me carry out and load the bike into my vehicle. Can't say enough.

Amazing people!!! Came in for a brakes and some gear. While I was shopping around they did the brakes and tuned my bike!!! Less time on YouTube how to's" and more time riding. The absolute best customer service!!! You guys are awesome!!!"

An absolute top notch bike shop! Very knowledgeable staff that spares no detail when it comes to sales and customer service. I have used Speed River Bicycle for many years now for all of my bike servicing as well as purchased two Trek bikes here and received nothing but high quality service and products. Would highly recommend SRB for all of your biking needs (new bikes, accessories, group rides etc.) and is definitely a local bike shop that I will continue to support!
