The entire team at Eyes on Sheppard is awesome. All of the employees are super helpful, patient and friendly.I came here to see Dr. Cotovio for vision therapy and she was so comforting. The first person to acknowledge all of the symptoms I was experiencing. She was very patient, kind and funny but also extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Cotovio for any of your Optometry needs.Special shout out to Dayana as well who led me through my vision therapy sessions. She was also extremely helpful, made the sessions enjoyable and relaxed and was very encouraging.I am so happy I found Eyes on Sheppard. They really all have gone above and beyond for any Q's I have had and made concessions with schedules with no problems. Super understanding and it really makes an impact. I always felt like I was the only person that mattered at that present time whether with Dr. Cotovio, Dayana or even when looking for new glasses with one of the associates.Thanks so much to the entire team!!!

This is the second time I've gone to Eyes on Sheppard in the past 2 years or a routine eye exam. Both times, my experience was consistent. I showed up on time and I literally had no wait time. I sat down and within 2 minute I was called in for tests. After some initial standard tests with some impressive equipment, I was called right in to see Dr. Bhatia. I can't say enough about him, he took the time without rushing at all to fit me for an updated eye prescription. Then he showed my the results of my exam. They have very sophisticated equipment which shows details of the eyes. He explained in terms I can understand everything I needed to know. He took time to answer a few questions/concerns, easing any anxiousness I had (don't read too much on the internet and self diagnose!). I can't stress enough how they really take care of you here and do not rush the process. Today, too many services just want you in and out, but not here. I highly recommend Eye's on Sheppard, true professionals and excellent people!

I've been going to Dr. Salsberg for over 26 years and highly recommend him and Eyes on Sheppard Clinic. Dr. Salsberg and staff are passionate and are all so nice and dedicated to making your visit feel amazing. They truly care and know their products well. The clinic is modern and very clean. There's no better place! I'm so grateful for all the years of wonderful service.

Eyes On Sheppard has a sleekness to it: if you close your eyes and switched lenses and frames with phones and iPad, it's easy to imagine you're at an Apple store. It also has gadgets and gizmos a-plenty to test everything you need to know about your eyes.But the reason I've been a longtime customer is because of the people. I've been seeing Dr. David Black for years now and I've always gotten topnotch service. He's professional yet also friendly and puts you at ease. He never tries to upsell, always telling me when a few changes to my grade don't require changes to my glasses. And I always leave every eye exam feeling reassured that my health and interests are the top priority. Would recommend Eyes On Sheppard.

My son attended his first ever eye exam today with Dr. Michelle Baron who was excellent! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and amazing with kids! My son was very comfortable and completed all the eye exams with Michelle without a fuss. This was his best doctor's visit ever. The clinic was super clean and their equipment looked top notch. The waiting area also has some fun activities for kids. Great touch as it makes the visit more enjoyable for kids. I highly recommend you book an appointment with Dr. Baron at Eyes on Sheppard. I will definitely be referring more friends and family.

Im an employee at Eyes On Sheppard who had my vision assesment done by Cotovio. The exam was very thorough and answered all my questions. Because of my family history of retinal detachment I had told Dr. Cotovio, she wanted me to do a retinal scan. In that scan, she found a small whole in the back of my eye and quickly sent a referral to a near by opthomologist. I was then given an appointment not even 24 hours later for a consultation. After seeing the doctor, I found out the hold in my retina is indeed able to be treated and I do have to go through surgery. Thank god for Dr. Cotovio doing a thorough check up on my eyes or else I would have never noticed being that I am asymptomatic...

I recently had an incredible experience at Eyes on Sheppard that I just have to share. My mother-in-law needed an emergency eye exam after noticing some sudden black floaters in her vision. Thankfully, we were able to get an appointment with Dr. Sabrina Sgroi, who immediately identified the issue as retinal detachment.Not only did Dr. Sgroi see us promptly, but she also went above and beyond in her care. She contacted two hospitals on our behalf, facilitated the transfer, and even followed up with us after we arrived at the hospital to ensure that we received the urgent care we needed. Her eye exam was thorough, providing us with all the necessary details and patiently answering every question we had. She offered valuable advice and options tailored to our situation.Lastly, my daughter also receives her eye care at this location with a different doctor, and we have consistently had positive experiences. The entire team at Eyes on Sheppard is truly exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for their amazing service. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of eye care, as they genuinely go above and beyond for their patients.

My family has been seeing both Stan and Kerry Salsberg for over 50 years. That speaks volumes! They are kind, considerate hear and listen to your worries and concerns and do what they can to alleviate them and make sure you are happy and satisfied. I can’t say enough about Jason who is equally patient, honest and they all go beyond your expectations!Thank you for making my family feel like a part of yours!

I ordered contact lenses and everything that could go wrong, did go wrong (wrong type of lenses, wrong number of boxes, then wrong prescription, over payment, refund issues... the list goes on).I will say, the office manager does have excellent customer service and Dr. Salsberg did make a point of personally delivering my order to try and expedite. They only offered $50 off my next order, but I do appreciate the effort.

Eyes on Sheppard, never disappoints.My old glasses were making my nose and face get dark spots, so I decided it was time to change my glasses to a plastic bridge for my nose.I contacted Jason and he set everything up for me.After work I went to Eyes in Sheppard, and was introduced to a lovely lady who had me try on a few glasses, and she was patient until I found one that suited me.After a few weeks I went back and was fitted with my new glasses, it blew me away, as looked amazing.The amount of compliments I have received on my new Bottega glasses, are out of this world. No more dark spots on my nose and face, and the glasses don’t pick up oils on the lense like before.Thank you Jason and Eyes on Sheppard!
