We just purchased a culvert for our driveway from Ottawa Valley Supply and Solutions - The culvert store. What a pleasure it was to deal with Judy. She spent a great deal of time answering questions, making suggestions etc as to which product would best meet our needs. Very fast to return emails and phone calls. It was so nice to find that kind of exceptional customer service these days! Their prices were very reasonable compared to several other suppliers I contacted. I would give them 6 stars if possible and look forward to using them for our future landscaping needs.

I purchased 100 feet of culvert pipe for a DIY project. Judy was very knowledgeable in guiding me with my purchase and quick to return voicemails and emails. Staff were curteous and professional when I picked up my order. Bonus as they also offered the lowest price. I highly recommend!

Finally, a landscape supply company that is responsive, great to deal with and is priced extremely competitively. Judy was awesome to deal with. They are ramping up in their new location and I wish them much success because they deserve it.Highly recommended and believe me, I am very discriminating about customer service!!
