The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The technician was also very pleasant, I definitely recommend this business. We recently had dealings with Dows climate care and we're very disappointed. JD was able to fit us in within hours of my call. Very happy!

Awesome place great people and do excellent work

We decided to use JD heating and cooling for the install of an AC unit. They were very professional and came right away to provide a quote. Chris and James listened to all our questions (and we had lots) and scheduled us in with a 2-3 week wait time which was fantastic. After our unit was installed; it started showing some issues - the team at JD came back several times and did everything they could to ensure we were happy. They ended up replacing the unit; no hassles or anything. VERY professional and customer oriented. Were very happy with our experience and will be recommending to anyone who asks. Thanks guys (and Sandra)!!

We had some AC issues but these good guys sorted it out

Thank you to Sandra and Chris who worked to get our Lennox furnace repaired. This dealer is not a Lennox Dealer but they were able to get us the necessary induction fan component that had failed (bearings had gone after only 9 years, 4 1/5 years considering the furnace is only used 5 months of the year). I can understand why they are not a Lennox Dealer after this experience. In my opinion, do yourself a favour if you are looking for a furnace to buy, buy anything other than the shoddy product that I unfortunately had installed in my house. Nevertheless, thank you JD. for getting us back in operation, hopefully for a little longer this time, but considering it’s a Lennox I’m not holding my breath.
