I’ve bought 4 or 5 pairs of running shoes from Frontrunners over the past 3 years and always had great help from their knowledgeable staff! Recently, I bought a pair of running shoes that really hurt my feet. I kept trying to break them in and wore them several times over a few months but just couldn’t get past the pain. I took them back to Frontrunners and was given store credit! Absolutely amazing customer service for a pair of worn shoes! I will definitely continue buying all of my running gear from Frontrunners!

Staff if very knowledgeable and helpful! The man helping us talked through options to deal with an injury and gave us ideas outside of the insoles we were curious about. He was much more focused on us getting what we needed than making a sale. Truly great experience for our trip to keep us moving.

Best shoe shopping experience I've ever had! Such a contrast to being barely helped by people who don't care at the places in the malls. The woman who helped me did such a great job of providing options and making sure I could find what I needed. They didn't have the colour-way I wanted, but had the ones I wanted shipped in from another store within the week. Definitely will be a return customer!

Fantastic place to for everything running, whether you’re just starting out or training for your next race. The staff are some of the best-trained you’ll find in any shoe store. Alyssa helped me find a great pair of runners after a hassle-free return. I have bought shoes with them many times before, and will certainly go again when I need a new pair.
