I waited in the driveway for 2 and half hour’s while no trucks unloading .I went to speak Scale person Deepak ,why it takes long and he replied he doesn’t care and buzy watching a movie.This is last time , I m going to send my trucks because I lost a load.

My advice is to be open to change, especially modern global change, give staff the autonomy to develop the role and themselves, don't treat employees like you're in a dictatorship.(Main Management district and regional) do not care about you or your life all they care about is production they work your till your exhausted and mentally drained. On plus side the workers are great they treat you like family. Safety is a big issue there once again they would rather care more about production over the safety of the employees . They also don't have proper work scheduling you never know how long your on a certain shift. (Morning, afternoons, or graveyards)

Their unloading system is not fair. They let their own trucks in in a different line up and sometimes I have waited 4 hours just to get unloaded. 1-2 hour wait time is fair, but they are just taking money out of my pocket.

Lots of conveyor belts for me to fix and good to see a recycling place run efficient as this

So yeah all I see is the sorry word coming up on every complaint without sincerity, as for guard is just a charity cheque for an old age pensioner who is no help whatsoever and yes you come here first thing in the morning when they open up and wait for what I'm not sure just wait and I know it doesn't take but 15 mins max to pretrip the equipment as I also have tickets for many pieces of heavy equipment myself but as always I'm sure you will just say SORRY but that changes nothing.

Ths place was quick and easy to drop off scrap steel and get payment with a fair and generous rate. They don't try to gouge you with shady rates like ABC .The people are very nice and friendly. Drop off is easy whether you're in a Light Truck or a Trailer Hauler.

I have been working in RSR for a while now and my job role has made me come in contact with almost everyone within the company. The people that work here are wonderful, they have helped me enormously to fit in and be successful in my role. I see this behavior been extended to all stakeholders including fellow employees, customers, vendors, contractors, etc. I am confident that any contact with the RSR team shall leave one with a smile.

Thier website clearly say they buy old scrap cars - I bought daily insurance and drove my car there but the security at the front door said we don’t accept cars !!!!Wasting Time and money
