As the man was counting the bottles and putting them in the bin, I was counting with him and then Watching what he was inputting into the computer and noticed he wasn't putting the same number amount in. When I said he didn't put the correct number and asked him to please recount the bottles he said he had the correct amount, then took the Bin and emptied it. Definitely will no longer take my bottles here.

Very rude staff with no on-site management. Owner runs the business from a cell phone from a remote location. There is no oversight on staff behavior.Arguments with employees about incorrect change cast doubt over their abilities to count the returns.Better to go elsewhere. This place is a blight on the neighborhood.

This place is a complete rip off. Definitely not putting in the numbers that they count. Counted with him and the number he put in was not even close. Was less then half. Ridiculous! You pay for your deposit you should be getting it back, not putting it in these tools pockets! Very poorly run. No one is friendly and they're theifs. Come in with 7 bags and leave with $30 not a chance. Would never recommend anyone to come here. You question the numbers and they stare at you.

The signage at the only entrance that they have says STOP EMPLOYEES ONLY" so I circled the block for ten mins and there's no other entrance.. very confusing."

Well, if I pay deposit, I should get it back. Now here is one fact. I brought in 7 bags of cans and bottles. Now the speed of wich the counting was done was impressive, so much so that I questioned her abilities. Now at the end of it all I decided to test the clerks abilities. I decided to ask... just out of curiosity

The workers here are efficient and patient, despite the attitude I've witnessed some people give them. It's not the most pleasant job and I'm grateful that they're here to do it.It never takes me long to get through even when there's a line, and the electronics and battery recycling are wonderfully convenient. I also like the clothing donation bin that they have outside, which is to support single moms in tough situations, and I make use of it whenever I can.

This place is so cool it's automated so you just dump your bag and then the machine spins around and counts each bottle and tells the computer's. If it's plastic or if it's a can or whatever it's really neat to watch and it's a very large building. I think there's 2 or 3 kills. It's never years old busy so I recommend going to this place it's awesome
