Pat is goes out of his way to help .My dryer needed parts he made sure I got them .He made arrangements for me to pick up on a Saturday .

I tried several times to get a hold of them, but they’re always closed and never answer their phone.

Great service and very professional, I had my LG range and dishwasher repaired December of 2020 parts only took a week to be shipped. The biggest thank you is having my 34 year old Magtag dryer repaired, even through a pandemic waiting for parts to cross the border into Canada, I find the service outstanding.

In March I had Timmins Appliance come to fix my washer. The bill was over $200 and when he was done, the machine never truly worked well. It was still working sporadically and stopping and freezing etc. I was afraid to call them back to complain since the first call cost me $200+ and nothing was truly fixed.Yesterday my husband was exasperated and started to watch videos on YouTube and started to read up on the machine. He tried a number of things and spent his day fixing the machine. He finally found clothes between the inner and outer drums, and when I say clothes I mean infant clothes. My children are now 7 and 10. Therefore the clothes were there at the time and should have been thought about or explored by the technician. He fixed the motor and while the motor could have been broken due to the clothes inside, my new motor could be wrecked again due to the technician negligence.I was right to think contacting the company for a follow up or a complaint was a waste of time since a week ago I called them and left a message and no one called me back and then today I called and the woman proceeded to act like they hadn't come here and it was years ago. I told her it was less than 6 months ago and she finally found me and told me that they were very busy for next while and I might not get a call for a while. This is how business is done? Your new customers are important but so are the ones you may have boo booed on! That's my opinion.My husband fixed our washer and I paid $200+ for nothing :(. I feel like some type of compensation is required and owed. The customer service is important to a business and this place seems to be good on the surface but not when they've made an error.I took pictures of this and kept the clothes. I just feel the expert should have thought of this and saved us the hassle by fixing it right the first time, especially when charging us over 200 when we aren't even sure if our motor was broken.Sincerely,Melanie Shields
