honestly, such a relaxing store, there’s quiet music playing as u shop. prices are reasonable especially for brand new vinyl. you’ll find everything there. staff is very calm and helpful

They have a few good picks of vinyl but when I went to get a replacement stylus the employee told me the one they have fits my cartridge. It didn't and when I went to return it they wouldn't accept it because it was opened. Even though HE opened it and said it was the right one. Terrible

This record store has many records, that I, as a collector, have not seen or found anywhere else. Their selection is pretty incredible, spanning all genres, from Pop and Rock to R&B to Folk. Would recommend it to any collector looking to search for vinyl in person.

I was really happy that one of my buddies told me about this store. I know another person who mentioned to me that Record stores were dead. Apparently not so, if you look hard enough and believe. I am still a huge supporter of Record stores, and they bring back such good memories.

I love this store so much. The CDs I bought weren't overpriced, and there was a big selection of them. I'm a Taylor Swift fan and I was pretty surprised to find Reputation and 1989 in the store! The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of the best music stores I ever went to. Definitely coming back :)

I've been shopping at Now and Then since they opened (after the demise of HMV), and always walk out with something interesting. The decor is what you would expect for a music shop: eclectic. Along with vinyl and CDs, they also have t-shirts, keychains, toys, mugs, magnets, you name it! If it's got to do with pop culture, chances are you'll find it here. And if you DON'T find it here, they'll be happy to order it for you. Grant is my go-to guy, and if he doesn't know it, it's not worth knowing. He takes the time to get to know your likes and dislikes, and always makes excellent recommendations based on them. The store is always clean and well-kept. Five stars all-around. Cheers!

This store has an AMAZING selection of records and CD’s. This is my favourite place to buy CD’s because they are reasonably priced and always have lots in stock. Staff is friendly and I love the retro vibes!

Too bad they don’t keep holds for you overnight. Just went somewhere else to get the album.

Poor customer service, employees are rude, everything is overpriced, and they won’t let you return non-vinyl/CD merchandise even if you just bought it and is unopened. Don’t be fooled by the pretty selection, everything they sell can be found cheaper at any other record store in the area. Total scam as far as I’m concerned.

Great selection, of CDs, vinyl, blu-ray/dvds, posters (paper and canvas), collectibles, knick-knacks, and even some acoustic guitars and banjos available for purchase. Prices are about normal for this type store, and are not overly price. Location is a little tucked away, at the furthest north point of the mall.
