Innovation recommendationsEmery and staff have always provided me with great recommendations, like Adidas sport glasses with RX removable inserts depending if I wear contacts (like for xc skiing) or no contacts lenses (like cycling). Also, a few years ago, Emery recommended that I tried Zeiss office lenses: I can't sit at my computer without those glasses now. Those Zeiss glasses are the absolute best investment I did wrt 'office equipment'.For the time in 15 years, I found broken glasses while away from Toronto. In all three occasions, I called Emery and within the hour, they had a solution for me.2. Responsiveness: the fastest possible service2021: Broke the right stem on my Silhouette glasses while in Québec city. Called Emery on the Monday 3pm. They immediately ordered the replacement part, while I was FedExing them my glasses. On the following day, at 16:02, I received a text message they had received and fixed my glasses! Absolutely the best service possible. Thank you.2007: I called them from Istanbul mentioning that my glasses had disappeared from my hotel room (I was wearing contact that day), and asked that they prepare a pair of glasses that I would pick up upon my return. Within the hour Emery called me to say that the glasses were ready and suggested to FedEx them to Turkey.3. Customer Service.Great staff, listen to your needs. I never felt pressured. To the contrary, I thought that Emery, and especially his wife, took the time to listen to what I was looking for, for which activities, etc and then they took to time to offer many options suitable to my need and really, left it to me to make a decision.
